I thought the letters came from customs not fedex. If you have a valid prescription you can always try to pick it up but i havent heard of docs prescribing deca lol.
I think you just have to take the loss on that one man.
Just sit back and wait. I mean they cant prove it was you unless its under your name.

I got two seizures. I am fine now.
Different name. Different address. Best bet is to stay away from international, and fork out the extra money.
Why get to 260lbs at 8%bf when you will lose it all in 10 years of prison???
Stay safe

Also, REMEMBER!!!! Silence is golden. Silence is GOLDEN.
You have the right to remain silent. Use that right.
If you go in for questioning, use that right.
If they don't arrest you, that means they can't convict.
Get a lawyer. Talk to him before anybody.
This is assuming you get pulled for questioning.
But brother, relax. You'll be ok.

International or not using your name to your address is not very smart. Not talking shit bro but take this as a lesson learned.

Btw you wouldnt get 10 years unless youre ordering A LOT of stuff. If you did get caught you'll most likely pay some fine. Youre cool man, dont trip.

I'm sure if someone had about 50 syringes and 100ml of oil, and confessed to years of purchasing, they would face years

Little1 is absolutely right, if they could have arrested you for it they already would have.
If it were the case, assuming you and i knew each other, i could go to your house and use your computer to order gear from the same site to your address under your name, and never tell you.
Or, i could go to another country and just decide to send illegal substances to your address under your name just to **** with u lol.
They don't have grounds to make a conviction of any sort unless they have actual evidence that you were the one who purchased it or you had intent to use or sell.
Like Little1 said, ignore the letter, chances are they will drop it (I'm sure they send out thousands of those per day for all the people who try to import illegal or sketchy shit into the country). If they are very persistent about it, always keep to the same reply: YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT THE **** THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!
In the one in a million chance that they were to find a way around that (which they won't), fess up the money and get a lawyer, he/she will put an end to it i promise
Relax bro, there isn't a need to worry too much, most likely it will be a small fine (which if u wanna be enough of an asshole you can contest and probably win lol).

I have had 4 seizure letters within 2 years from US Customs, all were a one page letter giving me the option to claim it, I forgot about it. Nothing happened

OP, if they were going to bust you, they wouldn't send you a letter giving you the heads up. Now, if you are going to be paranoid, I'd blank your computer's history and take the password off your computer's wireless router. But, seriously I wouldn't worry about it. Don't use Fedex anymore and try to find domestic senders.

I heard a po box is safe but I have never tried. A few buddies of mine had letters and now they feel they have no options left

But don't forget, plain and simple... using postal service for AAS is illegal. Bottom line. So be careful and cover your ass, because nobody else will

Have u considered trying to find a human source rather than one which delivers through post?
-
10-04-2011, 01:29 AM #23
Honestly, to protect yourself, I would find a safe place to store your gear in case you get a controlled delivery, or give the Feds enough info for a warrant.
Also, stop using your home computer. And find another way to pay. WU keeps records and gives them to ****ing cops like candy

Now you're getting a little paranoid too. You can use any name to pay with WU and I've yet to show ID when I go to one of those cheques cashed places to send western union. And if your address is flagged, send it to a friend's house who is cool with it.
But in the OP's case, if they sent him a list of the drugs, then they already have enough to at the least get a search warrant, and probably enough to arrest him. But if they were going to do that, they wouldn't have sent you a letter tipping you off.Last edited by Honkey_Kong; 10-04-2011 at 02:22 AM.

fed ex took my 11-oxo the other month for not stating the ingredients. dont believe me 100% but ive heard they try and scare/ trick you into admitting its yours. they might try send you a letter and ask you to sign it, dont , as they can use it as evidence in court to prove you did try import. they might pester you a few more times and eventually let it go

Y'all are paranoid
Nobody gives a rats about a few vials
Get a better source or deal with the paranoia you get from the time you order to the time you have it in your hands
Importing large amounts of powder is a different ball game

Anytime i use WU, i always use a fake name address and phone number. I switch it up everytime i go. Your receiver can even use a fake name if you choose a test question and answer then both of you are safe.
Also its all about possesion. If you get busted its going to be whats on your person not what you ordered. Cops know guys ordering 40 pistols, if they warrant him and cant find those pistols they cant do a thing.
I got one guy here who has been busted 3 times with gear, last time he had many vials and is on house arrest. I dont think they hammer you with jail time with gear unless you are HUGE dealer or selling pain pills and other drugs with it.

What if i got it reshipped fro my source to a po box address?
-
10-04-2011, 05:38 PM #38
Where are you guys getting these PO box's without showing ID? Around here (maryland) you need to show ID to get a PO box so its really no different than sending to your house.
As far as using a fake name on the ship to address thats great unless your shipper sends by some form of trackable mail, ems/fedex etc. more and more shippers are doing this because of all the kuntz who say they never got the package trying to rip off the sender. Sure the mailman usually does not ask to see ID so I could use any name trouble is the time I used another name would be one of those times I was not home to recieve the delivery or the mailman wanted to see ID.
As far as what to do with the letter do absolutely nothing, any action taken by you can be used as evidence. Along those lines I would go ahead and tear it up and flush it down the toilet, who knows maybe your girlfreind will say you hit her and a cop will see it sitting on your table and now you have read it. Sure 99.9% nothing will happen along those lines but why take any uneeded risk? Also any time I get a package I never open it I always take it and write return to sender on the outside then go to my car and slowly drive away from my house. If its a controlled delivery and they see me leaving the house with it they will intercept and what to they got a package marked return to sender that I was taking to the post office.
PS still at this point I would not answer one single question they asked, politely tell them you are engaged to a lawyer and if you talk to them she will never have sex with you again, if they ask her name tell them the same thing that is answering a question.

po box is no safer. You have to show real id to open the box.
I always use my real info on WU. If there is an issue and you have a fake name and number you cant make changes or get your money back
