    2nd day of clen question

    I am on my 2nd day of clen . I am 180 5'11 first time user of clen. My body temp. has not been raised significantly as of yet. I am taking 80mcgs ED.


    Should I increase the dose?

    if you aren't seeing any bad sides bump it up. May take another day or so to feel it.

    You should start with 20 first day, 40 second, 60 third, 80 fourth, 100 fifth and maybe flat out at 120. Then download at the end of the cycle.

    I feel more energy, shaky hands, and headaches occasionally... But my body temp is not raised. Is the body temp. the only mechanism for the fat burning aspect of Clen ? BTW thanks for answering my question.. I've been on another board that is dying a slow death; im jumping ship to this site !!

    Okay this is my 3rd day... im taking 120mcgs now... my temp is 97.8 F... is that elevated?

    Hey dude I am thinking of using clen . I am 18% bf and weight 78kgs. im just gona use with diet and train in the gym. any suggestions on hw to start off?

    For the clen ?

    If time is not an issue yea I think it would be a good idea, to help prevent down regulation of the beta-2 adrenoceptors and give your body a break from the cramps


    @Rule low dose first thing in the morning and work your way up

    drink plenty of water and use a taurine based supplement to help prevent cramps

    Signs it's working

    - increased heart rate
    - hands will tremble
    - restlessness
    - appetite suppression
    - disrupted sleeping patterns
