CLEN: How much cardio is too much?

I am running 100-150mcg of clen for 3 weeks on 3 weeks off. I am 5'10 190.... 15-18 percent bf. Looking to cut that percentage down a few points. I do not want to lose the muscle I have now. Im keeping a clean diet; Moderate carbs-Fats and High protein. Currently I am jogging 4-5 times a week...

How much cardio should I be doing to get the most out of the clen; while preserving my muscle tissue? Thanks.

it changes by the person. the most important thing about cardio isn't the distance you run, how long you run or at what speed, its how long you can keep your heart rate within optimum fat burning range.

Have you tried HIIT? High intensity interval training? Run - jog - run - jog - run - jog. Run as hard as you can for a minute then jog a minute. No more than 20 minutes. You'll be torching fat well after your cardio session.

Interval training is key! at the the end of the day its calories in calories out.... everyone went with it when they heard about this steady state lower intensity training burns higher percentage of fat yes that true but whats an extra few percent when you are burning half the amount of calories? if you start off with maybe 1:2 ratio (give all out effort for a certain timeframe and then rest twice as long say 15 sec sprint then 30 sec moderate jog) then you can progress to shorter periods of rest 1:1.5 then 1:1.... as far as not losing to much muscle make sure you arent doing anything silly like training on an empty stomach!!!

I am just starting week 2 of clen . Before I share my progress you should know my stats and goals are not that of a typical clen user. I recently had shoulder surgery and gyno surgery. After months of doing nothing, taking tons of RX pain meds, and wasting away on my couch I got back into training( This was four weeks ago). My starting weight was 175. Week 1-2 I got food intake and training on track. Week 3 introduced clen. Week 4 introduced eca stack. My current weight is 200pounds.

I have done 2 previous cycles ( 7 years ago) ; but never made progress like this before. My bf % has also dropped to a notable degree. Not having a job at the moment has def. helped. I can eat and sleep whenever I need to. My goal for the next few weeks is to trim some more fat. My ultimate goal is to get to 210 natural; then run a simple test cycle.

    Current stats: 5'10 200 25yrs
Im also an old vet from Fitnessboard.com - sites been down for years.
