    Prop has a yellowish tint?

What would make prop yellowish? I have 2 different batches from my source, the first I bought a few months ago, the 2nd batch I just bought a few days ago.
I am currently using the first batch and am happy with the results. The 2nd batch is basically the same... same source, same brand, everything.. just the color is a little more yellowish... If put up to the light you can see a visible color difference in the 2... its a subtle difference

    What causes this?

My last run of prop was yellowish. Different people/companies use different methods to produce and could cause variations in color. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

Probably down to the carrier (oil used)

Using EO will make the gear look clearer as well...

Yep. The only clear oil I know of (besides EO, which isn't oil) is MCT oil.
