filtering question

OK. I have a question. I'm filtering gear from one capped vial to another capped vial.one needle is for drawing from one.then swapped to another needle with which watman filter attached.I have about 25ml . Can I use same setup and clean rubber stopper with alcohol before each stick and keep gear sterile?

Kind of hard to understand. Your second vial should have a vent needle, another needle w/the whatman attached to it, correct? If so, you're fine.
