Nope, need an AI. Get the liquid stane or liquedex. This will help, but I'm like you and sust puts a lot of water in my face too.

A lot of people say good things about the Liquidex. I just ordered from them and it came to my door in 4 days. Great service too. I have emailed them about things and they always respond in 24 hrs. At least to me they have.

I would go with the liquid stane (Aromasin ). Stronger than liquidex (Arimidex ). Personal experience with it has been fantastic.

Hey bud, I'm in Australia as well and have ordered from AR-R , you should allow minimum of 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. a mate of mine has received his and the chems are good to go!

An AI can definitely help but there's something else a lot of guys overlook that can play a pretty big role. A lot of the time when you're really bloating it's not just the gear, a lot of times a guy is simply eating too much, normally more carbohydrates than he needs. Yes, I realize if you're trying to grow carbs help but excess carbs are going to cause you to hold water and a lot of guys and by a lot I mean most are consuming far more carbs than they actually need.

I think you might be right there mate. I do have alot of carbs. Could I drop it 1 bowl of oats at breakfast, 1 bowl of oats at lunch and a serve of pasta at dinner n the rest of the food throughout the day be mainly protein based. Is this still too much or little do you think

Why don't you post up your diet in the diet section so we can look at it and give you suggestions

I did that a week ago mate. Because now I'm not working away (having all my meals cooked for me) what I eat seems to change daily. But they always include protein. Simce my cycle 5 weeks ago I've stacked on heaps of weight, muscle water and a bit of fat. Would you say that in general a bowl of oats at breakfast and lunch should and a serve of pasta at dinner would be enough?

If that's less than what you're consuming now then it can't hurt. Will it be enough to meet your carb needs, I don't know, I can't answer that based on the information at hand. Personally I prefer a solid balance of carbs and fats, actually more fats as I tend to respond better with fats. I actually think a lot of guys would benefit with less carbs and more fat but so many are petrified of this idea and don't know how to create a proper balance.
