Bulking stage
Hellow guys...i like to know if my cycle is good or not...i like to get a little quality muscle mass(max 7kg) and if possible stayed riped(now 9%BF)...
Here is my data:
28 years old male
7years of fitness (4-6 times per week)
83.5kg
183cm
9-10%BF
The stuff i like to buy is:
1-12 week TEST. ENATAT 500mg/week
1-12 week BOLDENONE 400mg/week
1-4 week d-bol 40-60mg/day 6day a week
8-12 week winstrol 50mg/day
All stuff is from FRENCH PHARMACY
How i use the PCT...i choose nolvadex or tell me how...
The nutrition is:
B 210-300G
Carb 250-350G

I'm not a fan of Winstrol when trying to bulk, it's simply not well-suited for adding lean mass. Yes, it can have some secondary traits that can be beneficial to a bulking plan but there are so many far more efficient choices. Further, as the hormone is so hepatic it's best to save its use during cutting cycles when the steroid is far more beneficial.
You could keep the test/EQ/dbol as planned in-terms of dosing but I'd still run the Dbol every day...I don't see the need for one day off per wk. I'd probably also consider running it a full 6wks instead of 4. Or you could try running it 4-5wks, dropping the Dbol and then adding it in again the last 4wks to really bust through some sticking points.
There's a lot of other things you could do to but the above is an option.

Welcome to the board mate!
First of all, I'd like to know your cycle experience. Is this going to be your first cycle? My answer would vary depending on your cycle experience, and I will wait til I hear back from you on this piece.
Secondly, when trying to bulk, Winnie isn't the right thing to take. I understand what you are trying to do, but you are trying to do too much in a single cycle. Pick a goal for your cycle, and stay focused on that particular goal. Trying to bulk and cut during the same cycle doesn't work very well. Better to stay focused on a single goal.
Also, if you say your goal is bulking, I'd like to see what your diet looks like. Impossible to bulk if your BMR is 2500cals and you don't increase your caloric intake to allow for weight gain. If you want to bulk, you can also expect to see increases in bf%. What some of us do is bulk during the colder times of the year, and then cut when it gets warm and we can take our coats off and wear t-shirts.
In a way, a body is like a train. It takes a while to build up momentum towards a particular goal, so once you build up this momentum, bulking for instance, then stick with it for several months and make some good progress. Cut later in the springtime when the sun is out and the ladies can appreciate what they see!
