Are you talking about one single 250mg shot? If so, the answer is 4-5 days it will peak, then to begin to exit the body.

If your talking about how long it takes to build plasama concentrations over an extended peroid, then I think you'll find the answer is somewhere between 6-8 weeks.

It's in your system right away, obviously. It's half life is 2 weeks so the highest would be at a week. That's what my doctor said anyway.

"Two days after testosterone (T) injection, total T concentrations increased to about twice the physiological range (2,094 ± 561 ng/dl; P < 0.05). Five days after the injection, however, total T returned to the upper physiological range (953 ± 283 ng/dl), although significantly greater than preinjection concentrations of 425 ± 99 ng/dl (P < 0.05)."

Thats a single injection of 200mg Test Enanthate given to 5 healthy males.

From my research this varies. Some say 48hours, other 48-72hours. It also depends on the dose IMO.

I will also add that volume of the injection and what muscle its injected in while cause this to vary again. 250mg in 1ML is not the same as 250mg in 4ML's. Nor is injecting in the buttock, compared to the delt.
