    Back in th Gym!

Hey guys. I hurt my bicep tendon and been out of the gym for a year. I have recently gotten back in the gym over the last 4-5 weeks and every thing is
feeling good again. I am looking a doing a bulking cycle of deca and test cyp in the next few weeks. Diet is in check. What do I need to take along with this?

    200/wk Deca
    300/wk Test Cyp

I do retain water quite a bit when I do a cycle.

    6' 0", 202, BF is appx. 18%

Thank You in advance you advice.

i srsly wouldnt be hitting a cycle for at least 4ths mate, rem all your connective tissue needs to play catch up and you could very well blow that tendon out again!! and if you hold water that 18% bf wont help you much, my advice is to ease in and get that bf down over the nxt 4mths

ive been jousting with a rotator cuff prob for a year now and ive just come to the conclusion that all shoulder and chest work is going to have to come off the menu for the foreseeable future.

That sucks man. I would prolly give up lifting if I couldn't do either one of those man. That's my 2 favorite parts to work. Hope it heals up for ya man!

Take it easy and slow. I would lift naturally for at least 6 months. Let your tendons strengthen and adjust. If you cycle now, you risk tearing the tendon when your maxs increase.

I've seen a friend tear a bicep in front of my eyes. Not a pretty sight.
