    Shooting the glute question?

    I have notice that my bottom body has been getting bigger than my upper. I shoot the glutes ....... do I start shooting my arms better?

    Where you inject does not make a difference for growth. But, congrats on having a well developed lower body...that is the opposite of what most guys do. Seems like many hate leg day.
