No matter how dedicated to my training and diet my gains are shit. All these fags that go drinking every weekend eat like shit and train like shit have better gains then me.

My current routine before anyone asks.
Monday: CHEST
Flat Bench Pyramid 12,10,8,6 (sometimes go for a 1rm)
Incline Dumbbells Press 3x8
Incline Dumbbell Flies 3x10
Tuesday: BACK
Bent Over Barbell Rows 3x8
Lat Pull downs 3x8
Seated Rows 3x8
Dumbbell Rows 3x8
Wednesday: REST
Thursday: ARMS
CGPB 3x8
Seated Overhead Dumbbell Extensions 3x8 or Pull Over Press 3x8
Seated Military Press 3x8
Lateral Raises 3x10
Standing EZ bar curls 3x8
Preacher Curls 3x8
Friday: LEGS
Squats & Deadlifts. Reps & Sets depending how I feel. I usually stay 5-6 reps for these. Or do pyramids.

My arms were probably 12-13" before and now with a pump there 17". Probably would lose 0.5-1" if I were to cut down a bit. My current goal is to just gain mass and have that bulky look and be stronger. Figured the test e would give me the extra boost lol. Since I haven't been able to break this 195 lb wall. If I do its just fat gains or water weight.

Amazing transformation OP. Even more amazing, if you did this all on your own. Takes some dedication.
Take that dedication, hit the gym, and go naturally for a couple of more years. I busted right through my barriers in my late twenties.
Gear is everywhere. Every gym. You´re obviously there at the wrong time. Just started training in a new gym, and it didn´t take more than 4-5 sessions before I started talking gear.
Imo, the gym or related is the only way to obtain gear. However never let the bro´s at the gym tell you what to get or how much, but rather construct your cycle here on this board.
I could say the same about my thirties. That crap will get u at any age, especially if you don´t know what you´re doing.

My friend/training partner knows a guy from his work that does gear and has a connect. Should I take my chances with that. Should I just tell my friend to tell the guy he's getting it for himself so I don't get ripped off?

next time you're spotting a known juicer bench pressing, let the weight drop on him until he agees to hook you up
If you suspect a guy of using but don't know for sure, slap him on the ass/quads n see how angry he gets. If he seems to be in a lot of pain, he probably uses.

I dont know your diet program but i know it can still use some fine tuning. Hoenstly most of ours can, Head to the diet section and post up your diet in there
i would def head to the training section and get a new work out. Honestly i dont like one thing about your training

I'm not like that and I got work in the night my gym closes at 9. Its a community center gym. Reason I go there is it is literally across the street and the prices are affordable and no contracts. Never pack I get to do my workout without rarely having to weight for anything. Less machines too which I like.

OP-great job on transformation. But like I mention and so did gixxer, keep it natty a bit longer.
Also, if I recall you were wondering how to go about finding gear and didn't know how to do it cause you have a lame workout place and no-one to even seem to ask, but now you say the guy you workout with has a buddy that can possibly hook you up. Did this information just come about or did you really know this and just wanted to get the OK from here to use the gear? Not trying to bust your gonads but it doesn't make sense to me some how, but I've been known to be wrong, ask my wife.

I remembered my friend telling me he knows a guy that competes that he works with and is on gear. But him being a close friend and training partner and he's not really into gear and stuff. I didn't feel comfortable asking because then I would think he would look different at me. We've been working out for 2 years. Known each other since we were at least like 6 years old

I've found it hard as well, seeing as my connect changed cell numbers and went missing. Just continue to be regular at your gym...maybe play a little ball, get to know the trainers. Sooner or later something will come around.

I've been doing some research to find local labs. I one that sounds legit but the problem is they dont have a website or location???? Are you just suppose to know where it is from someone lol

Lol I work out at a gym inside a community center. The people that work at front desk have 0 knowledge of working out or nutrition and by the looks of it do none of it. Its a city job and they are getting paid minimum wage lol. As to the people who work out at my gym. Majority is skinny 16 year olds who think there jacked and old people lol.

One, I agree with everyone telling you to wait mate. 2, ya really should just switch gyms mate.. Do you have a license? I'm sure there is a better gym within 20 minutes to you. I used to have the same problem, I trained at a pretty lame gym. I was by far the biggest dude there, then I switched.. Realized I didn't know nearly as much as I thought I did, and trained with guys who knew what they were doing. Soon enough you would build a bond with them, and you'll get your info.
