    Research

    Hi,
New here, 41 been training for 10 years constant. What are the best sources of info? I have been reading different articles on the net but some contradict the others. Just want to have as much knowledge as possible before I choose a stack. Thanks

The best would be to start by reading the stick pages at the top

    Welcome to the board zippity
I'd like to make a suggestion before you consider a cycle. It's probably a good idea, given your age (not pickin on you, I'm generously 40+ myself), but given your age, I'd suggest a full workup blood panel including total test and free test just so you can establish a base line. the sad reality is, cycling now may increase the need for hormone replacement therapy sooner rather than than later. You probably should get a physical including a prostate check (dre) if you haven't already, as well. I had all that done a few years back, and then realized all my test levels were low. Long story short, started trt and cruise at 80mg/week when i'm not blasting (cycling).
There's also an over 40 section for us older bulls here
    http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...-OVER-40-FORUM
where we can go and discuss issues related to us.

I'm glad you've been training solid for 10 years. When cycling, the first thing you will notice, is that your strength levels will go up. This is to be expected. One thing you may not have considered is that muscular strength will increase faster than your tendons/ligaments ability to keep up. In us older bulls, this can lead to injury. What i am saying is not to go balls out right off the bat. take it easy at first and let your body get used to it. better to gain slowly than sustain an injury and make no gains at all.

Other than that, the board is wide open for you to use. Spend a few days reading and learning the ropes. Ask questions as the need arises.
    Good luck!
    ---Roman
