    Back in the Hunt

Hey guys, its been a while since i last posted. Been working hard and getting my business in check. Now that i'm a bit more settled i'll actually have time to work out lol. Looking to put on some quality muscle in the next few months. Sucks to restart after putting something down for almost a year. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Wish me luck

We are not a source board, please read the rules so your up to date on what is allowed or not.

Your better getting back in the gym and getting some of the size you may have lost back on before cycling, make sure your diet is in order and get some intense training sessions under your belt

    U looking for a source?
U know we don´t do that, right?

If u´re looking for training advise, there is a section for that
There is also a diet section, if you´re looking for advise in that department.

Welcome back Max, good luck with your business and training!

Yes flier i know you don't do that. Call it a brain fart lol. I know this board is very supportive and helpful, so during the coming months i know i'll have some questions and hope people will help out like they have in the past with advice. Thanks

Now that all the rules are sorted out...welcome back!

You can totally do this. I was out of the gym for years with a back problem and just came back with light weights in December. I was able to start lifting heavy in January, and since then I have completely changed my body. It has been ten months of hard work and an ever-tightening diet...but it is worth it.

I was away from the weights for 4 years and blimped up. But I came back strong. Shed the extra weight then hit the gym hard for 6-7 months. After I felt that I got my base back, I did an Anavar only cycle to cut up a bit more. Now I've been running hgh for a little over a month and I must say I'm looking like I'm 25 yrs old again. If you want it, nobody can stop you. Its even easier if you've been there before because you know what it takes to get back there.
