Tell me what you know about Anavar...
Ok, recently I had my blood work done, and my total was actually up from the mid 600's to 796. I attribute that to working out on the elliptical 6 days a week. I use it on the harder resistance and in all my years of lifting (10) i've hardly worked my legs, so I have seen some shape change. I've also read that working legs can increase test. Anyway, I doubt it will be that high in the total range the next time.
I had posted my bloodwork in the HRT section, and I have an Endo appt. on the 5th. While my total test was fine... my free was just barely above normal, and free total test was low. GH was also 0.2 out of the range of 0.0-2.9.. but I can't find much about that.
Which brings me to the reason I ask about Anavar . I feel weak... run down, fat gain is much easier and fat loss is MUCH harder. I've done a lot of reading on Oxandrolone, but I don't know if this would help my issues. Does it help you to feel more energetic? Does it actually raise test? I haven't found much oh that either. I've also read that some people have heard of the injectable Var now being available... though I don't know if that's true.
I don't want to get bigger... I am already prone to acne, so test is something i'm not sure if I want to try. I'm more irritable now at 33 than I ever was at 18 or 20... perhaps because of some of the numbers being low.
I know I know, it's typically used by women. That's fine, but it does show great help in reduction in body fat, gains in strength, but not so much in mass. What sort of effects does it have down south? Help or hurt?
Tell me from personal experience or any articles you may have that might help answer my questions. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Var is good for fat loss yes but not for long term use IMO it will give you crappy hdl numbers and may increase LDL slightly. Var is a dht derived steroid it's not testosterone and won't raise it. Go read it's profile

Var will lower your test levels, not raise them and no var does not give you more energy. Lots of info on Anavar on this site, if you've been doing a lot of reading on it, you're reading the wrong stuff... do a search on Anavar on this site. BJJ has some good posts regarding it and I myself have posted a lot about Anavar.
Good Luck

so for energy a test E or C is what I need to be looking at? I wish there was a way I could just raise my free numbers since the total seems to be pretty good.
