    Advice for newbie

    Hi All.
After 4 years off the weights i joined back to the gym last week.
I will be running slow an steady for the first couple of months to get back in the swing of things, then i would like to start a course on something suitable/ or preferably a stack etc.

    Im 28 y/o, 6"3, currently 130kg, (280lb).
I have no idea what my body fat % is, but i am carrying quite a bit too much weight.
I also work at a drive through bottleshop so im lugging around cartons all day, thats almost a workout in itself.

Im thinking i would like to drop say 15-20kg first, then start on a stack of something suitable to chuck on heaps of muscle and conditioning, but im a bit lost where to start.
I took my fair share of supplements back in the day, all sorts actually, and i was 300lb at my biggest. I dont think much oif the stuff i was taking had many nasties in it, but after a slight back injury, i stopped training and ended up with some dreaded man boobs lol, which have kind of stayed with me.
Im based in Aus, so obtaining any good gear seems a bit of a struggle im finding. I have been giving some thought to just running a decent thermogenic supp to get some weight off with straight cardio, but if i can cheat a little and speed up the process, im keen to do so.
A friend of a friend has informed me he can get me 20ml vials of stanazol, which help aid with quick weight loss, so i have been informed, but would it work sucessful as a stand alone roid, or would it be better stack it? My friend is doing a 5 week course, but is only using 2ml a week for the first few weeks, then 4ml for the last 2 weeks. Im unsure if that will do much? If i followed the same routine at my size, would i see any results by chance, or just wasting my time/effort/money.
I also have the option for HGH, and a 8 week course if i wanted.
Bit confusing really, i understand the negatives of using, and the need for PCT and etc.
Any tips for this monster lol?

    welcome,

I wouldn't recommend a winny only cycle...I would continue to read a lot good info here for you

keep training get a good clean diet with good cardio and shed that extra bf you need then consider a cycle

280 lbs. is pretty large bro. I recommend u determine ur BF%, bcuz if its over about 15%, some of the side effects of cycling can b significantly greater.

Welcome...But your problem is diet. i suggest you hit the Diet Section, post your current diet and let the experts help. AAS won't help you without a solid diet and training regimen.
    Good luck

You need to address your diet. Make a plan that is suitable for you and stick to it.

try to get down to healthy, lean weight before you start. the guys over in the diet section are amazing and will help you achieve your goals naturally, no point doing a cycle with crap diet. when your ready to start your cycle id recommend a test only cycle but make sure you do HEAPS of research or youll end up fvcking yourself.

If your "man boobs" are just from gaining weight, then your BF is HIGH and needs to be brought down before you do anything else.

I agree with everyone above: check out the nutrition section and you will be looking better in no time.

Thanks for the replies gents, think i will just start eating better with training, when i drop some pounds i will be back. I never did any cycles even back in my hay day, i just used to take heaps of muscletech, ALR industries and a few other various supps, with proteins/glutamine etc.
