    Strength loss while on PCT - thinking of hopping back on

    I did a 12 week test E 500mg cycle and everything went fine. I was gaining good size and strength. After the cycle I did PCT of 50mg clomid and 25mg nolva each day. It's been 2 weeks already since the PCT.

    I eat a good amount of food every day, same as on cycle, around 2500 calories and 170 grams of protein.


    I have loss a lot of strength endurance and size and was wondering if a 2 week PCT was good enough. I heard of the loading/reloading method and was wondering if that is okay. This is my first cycle. I'm just really frustrated on the decreased strength and it makes me lose motivation in the gym, that's why I'm wondering if a 2 week PCT is good enough.

    Stats:

    25 years old
    170 lbs
    10% fat
    5'8"

    I loss 20 lbs on bench and 12 pounds of weight. What is weird is that I look the same size (a tad bit smaller). Thanks for any help!

    Thats what happens when you come off. You didn't think steroids were a free ride did you? If you recover quickly then you might keep some of your mass and strength, but usually, sooner or later you will lose most of what you gained. Thats just how the game is. Since you are already off stay off for awhile. Let your body fullt recover. And two weeks is not enough, 4 weeks is the standard, sometimes 6 weeks is needed. In my opinion though full recovery for the body can take even longer. Just because you can pop a boner, don't consider yourself full recovered.

    5-6 week pct is what I would do... As for loss in strength and gains ... That's bound to happen ... But ur goal is to minimize it , I also notice 2500 calories is a bit low especially since your weight 170 and are taking in 170 g of protein,,, I would suggest eat more or at least up ur protein intake so ur takin in 2g/lbs .... Think about it your got bigger with the cycle , if u return to eat like before u would inevitably go back to how u were before ...

    Ur diet is insufficient, u don't hav the necessary intake 2 support the new gains.
