    Short esters/cycles are better?

Lets take Sust 250 vs Prop for example... Sust takes 3 weeks to get into/out of your system as opposed to a few days.

Sust 250: Start pinning, test isn’t in your system fully until after 3 weeks, so im guessing you gradually up your calorie intake over that period? Anyway, its still 3 weeks to get up and going. At around week 10 gains start to taper off.
Lets say you do your final pin week 12… you have to wait another 3 weeks to start PCT. PCT for 5-6 weeks.

Now going by time on + PCT = time off rule, that’s over 20 weeks before you can cycle again.

Prop: Start pinning, test is in your system within days, calories are upped fully. No waiting 3 weeks to get started. No waiting 3 weeks to start PCT. 5 weeks PCT.

13 weeks total = you can cycle again in 13 weeks.

How much more would you gain in the extra 7 weeks on sust? Enough to be worth it? Seems like the shorter esters are alot more efficient?

Some people can't be bothered pinning eod. Plus you need long esters to stack with say deca or equipoise for convenience. I can't see who could be bothered pinning eod for 12 weeks when you could just use a longer ester.

Also sust has the prop ester in it.

3 weeks is too long to wait to start PCT! 14 days in this instance. And you need to do your math...4 weeks of PCT is just fine imo...
