How much strength am I gonna loose when cycle is complete?

if done right you can loose next to no strength.
the quicker the recovery the better you will hold gains/strength etc
so PCT and the hcg which i assume you used would be what you need

i always lost strength after cycles, to the extent that i was weaker than when i was natural. now that im on trt, im holding slightly more strength that i had at my natural peak. i will note that i had bad recovery rate though, 6 cycles = fvcked

Imo you lose a fair amount, but this should be your goal between cycles is to get back there, then thats when you go on again. A few months after pct is when your body will start to kick ass again.

should also be noted that you wont ever have the same strength off cycle as compared to on. think about it

Thats interesting, I can, it takes about 3 months if I eat and train as if I werte on. Thats the big problem, to many people slack once they go off and strength goes away with gains. Of course right after pct guys will have around a 3 week "down" period when people feel like shit but after that things turn around. You have to remain dedicated off cycle, cant be one of those guys that only does it right while on (IM not talking directly to you). This also is why guys shouldnt go crazy with cycles, all they are doing is making recovery harder and this will ruin training after pct.

I crusie after I cycle but, I have never experienced such a quick decrease in strength as I do coming off Tren . Its literally a week out and there is a difference.
