Newbie looking for some good advice
hi guys thanks for looking at my thread and thanks in advance to you guys who offer some genuinely helpful advice.
i am 24 yrs old, play semi pro rugby, but have been out for sometime now as i had a broken rib.
weight: 183lbs
height: 6ft 1
bf %: not sure as havent checked
my diet is solid as i have a nutrionalist plan all my meals for me.
my training is also good have a very good routine which i have to stick to as part of my contract and rehab phase. and have been training solidly for 4 yrs now with my current rugby club.
i dont believe i need to massively add extra muscle to my physique as i am already muscular so i am looking for a mild muscle builder, my main goal is to shred fat fast and effectively.
some guys i know have been taking ripped 200 and tri tren not together, they have been taking them with clen and winstrol have have seen great gains in a short space of time.
i was considering either of these and running clen as well myself
i hope that you guys have some good advice and could advise me on a good pct

If ur still in rehab, I would wait til the doc clears u 2 go back 2 "heavy duty" b4 considering a cycle, that way there r no restriction / limitations. Also, if ur friends r using "tri tren " alone (without Test.) I would advise them 2 stop. Tren is a VERY suppressive 19 nor, using it without Test. exponentially increases the likelihood of potentially permanent damage, such as hormone suppression & ED. Go school ur buddies, sav them from themselves...............................if u can. BTW, Clen . is VERY bad 4 ur heart, & it's not the magic pill every1 thinks it is, there's nothing that dangerous, garbage can do 4 u that u cant accomplish naturally without it.

thanks for the info mate much appreciated.
ive only got a month left so wanting to start after that.
what would you suggest to help strip fat,
i was going to use winstrol , test and clen possibly
test at 400mg per week - not sure what type to take so need some help also dont want to be pinning myself every other day tbh
winstrol at 50mg per day oral form (not sure whether to go for the injectable form or not) need some advice on how much to take if i do inject this
clenbuterol at 1 week on 1 week off 40/40/60/80/120/80/60
what do you guys think and what would i need in terms of pct?

This being ur 1st cycle, stick with just Test., nothing else, the reason behind this is, if ur body reacts badly 2 a compound, u wont know which 1 is causing the trouble if ur using 3 compounds. If u dont want 2 pin eod, then I would suggest the enanthate ester. As for PCT, Nolvadex , 40/40/20/20 some people also use Clomid along side nolva 4 pct, but I hav no experience with clomid, so I'll let some1 that does, suggest a dose 4 that. How much fat r u tryin 2 strip?

thanks for the help wont the test just make me bloat and bulk though? forgive me if im wrong here
was looking to use the tren to help increase fat loss quicker

Bear...I'm in a similar situation as jmorgan. I want to start my 1st cycle with Test e and was planning on doing Clo for PCT but may also get Nolva. I was planning on doing Test e for a 6 week cycle but a lot of members think this is waaaay too short for a long esther test. What do you think? Any personal experiences with Test e and a 6 week cycle?

Bear is correct test only for your first cycle.
You can use test e or test c and inject 2xs a week
Also tren can have a very negative effect on your cardio. So not really a good i dea if you are playing sports. Also tren has the hardest side effects.
You may have a good diet but it may not be a good diet for adding muscle.
I would post up your diet.
