The most important ingredient, and it has 27 ingredients, is the Glucarate that was developed at Ohio State University. You can't buy Tyler at a store. It is only sold by the AF Store and doctors.
In the patent the researchers from OSU showed how it protects the liver from any toxins which may build up in the liver.
Milk Thistle is a very weak substitute.

Ulter, I am pretty sure you have an affiliation with AF, do you happen to have any of the tests/results. I am not calling you out I just would like to see them, I have heard a lot of good things about Tylers and would like to learn more.
Thanks,
Pain

I don't think there is any research on Tyler specifically but there is plenty on the ingredients. If you want to read about Glucarate you might want to start with the US patent office file on it from 1989.
