    Final Cutting Cycle Preperation, Please Critique

    ME
    200lbs have a few cycles under belt. find my best weight where im most defined is 180lbs

    GOAL Reduce as much fat as possible while trying to add some muscle

    TRAINING

    Weight Training - 45mins approx Monday,Wed & Friday along with Hiit on stationary bike 20mins at end of training session

    Tuesday and Thursday 1 hr/half muay thai / MMA

    PLANNED CYCLE
    I have enough to run for 8 weeks but not sure if I will do 6 or 8 weeks at this stage. Opinions welcomed please.

    Week 1-6 100mg Test Prop EOD
    Week 1-6 20mg Dianabol - 10mg in the morning & 10mg evening
    Week 1-6 T3 working upto 100mcg daily tapering down towards end of cycle
    Week 1-10 Armidex 0.5mg EOD to avoid any sides and water retention. (if i cant get my hands on this I will run nolva at 10mg daily).
    Week 7-10 Nolvadex 40mg ED

    DAILY SUPPLEMENTS
    Flaxseed oil
    Vit B6
    Multi V
    Calcium and Vit D tabs
    Protien Powder


    DIET

    TDEE 2400 calories per day
    Macro's total per day protein-169.2gm/carbs-101.5gm/fat-31gm/calories-1616


    Meal 1 - 6.30am - (30/24.5/10.6/366)
    AST VP2 shake
    1 serve of oats blended into shake
    multi v
    flaxseed ground and added to shake (1 tbl spoon)

    Snack - Caffee latte at work with skim milk - (9.6/14/0/96)

    Meal 2 - 10.00am - (30/24.5/6.6/329)
    AST VP2 shake
    1 serve of tuna or other protein source
    apple or bannana

    Meal 3 - 1.30pm - (30/0/3.6/195)
    100grams lean meats either chicken, turkey or steak
    bowl of mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar

    Snack - Caffee latte at work with skim milk - (9.6/14/0/96)

    Meal 4 - 5.00pm - (30/24.5/6.6/329)
    AST VP2 shake
    1 serve of oats blended into shake
    apple or bannana

    Meal 5 - 9.00pm - (30/0/3.6/195)
    lean meats either chicken, turkey or steak
    fish oils
    green salad


    CONCLUSION
    Hope I have covered my bases. all advice taken on board and is much appreciated.

    Why Dbol ? Also do you have enough prop for 8 weeks.

    ive had the dbol for like 2yrs and its out of date so want to use it up and also as it should help add some size while cutting, i have enough for 8 weeks at 100mg eod of prop but if i run 6 weeks will do 150mg eod approx to use the entire amount of gear up in that 6 week period.

    I wouldn't use the dbol . I would run the prop 100mg eod for 8 weeks. Personally I prefer the lower dosage for longer cause of less sides and bloat, than higher dosage and shorter cycle.

    3 of your 5 meals are shakes and what is with the dbol with t3?

    the ai should keep water away making the dbol give a similar result to tbol

    breakfast i eat raw oats but i plan to blend the oats very fine and mix into a protein shake to increase protein content
