    25.5% bf ???!!!

So I'm 34/6foot/185 lbs and the machine at my gym just told me to my surprise that my bf is over 25%
I'm starting my second cycle in January and my plan is dbol 20mg/day for 4 weeks and 800mg sust/ 500mg decca weekly for 12 weeks followed by clomid for pct. I've been eating like a horse lately too to get my calz up... any insight would be gratefully appreciated. thanx

if you are that bf at your height and weight you pretty much very little muscle. I would post a picture so we can tell you where you are at.

Also why so much for a second cycle. You obviously have diet issue's for your height and weight after a cycle already. Especially if you are even close to 25%.

no need for 1300mgs of steroids at your level

here's some pics. what doses do you recommend? I made mistakes on my first cycle. had to go outta town for work half way through and couldnt work out/eat properly. so i pretty much gave up and didnt do a proper pct. I'm not gonna make that mistake again and thats why I joined this site. I've learned alot already. thank you for your help.

Chippy- Your photos look like that of a man that does not lift weights at all. If that is your base than a cycle is dumping money down the drain. I see guys in your shape at my gym try to juice. Its always the same story. They put on crumby weight cause they dont know how anything about nutrition; and then when they stop juicing they lose it all. Actually usually they stop coming to the gym .

I feel for you man, I know how tough it can be to get over some plateaus.
You look like you are in good shape but I understand what Xel means, you do not have the body of a weight lifter, just someone in natural, decent shape...

    How is your routine?
    What was your first cycle...?

I did it this summer. I was starting to get great results, everyone was saying "wow your getting big" then ,as I said above, circumstances happened where I pretty much gave up on it. I saw the potential and come January I'm GONNA see the full potential.

Plenty of room to improve here. Even at 18 I looked better than you. My genetics aren't exactly known but I had a good base to start with. 5 10 125lbs at 14. By 18 I was 205, 13% all natural and hit a few plateaus on the way, by 21 I was 215 and 12% and still didn't consider touching gear. Changed some things up and kept growing. lay off the gear because you've got plenty of natural potential to tap into. Half the guys injecting just expect a get big or get cut quick fix. Do the hard work yourself before touching it you'll be amazed at what you can do, most people probably like yourself don't exactly know what they're doing and stick to the same old lifts and have half the intensity into each set than what they should be doing and carrying it over when they start the jabs. You have to bust your ass off harder than anyone else in the gym whilst your on or else you'll end up disappointed each time and looking how you do now

Not talking shit bro but it doesnt even look like you've ever lifted let alone done a cycle. If you don't want to be skinny anymore then go hit the gym really hard for a couple years and eat, eat, eat. A proper diet and proper workout routine would yield great results for you. What's going to happen is you are going to injure yourself at the gym and then you won't be able to lift again. Save the roids for when you have a little more experience under your belt. Like I said, not talking shit, just don't want to see you mess yourself up man.

btw there is no way in hell you are 25%, that machine is way off. I'd say more like 15ish.
