WTF? AGAIN; post number #3 is me at 174lbs@8%. That is how i look YEAR ROUND. THAT IS ME. Look at the snow in the back ground ffs. THAT IS MY DAY TO DAY PHYSIQUE.

    174lbs@8% = 180lvs@10% EASY

and yes it does equate. First you add carbs and water weight will go up. Then you hit the gym with heavy weight and muscle will balloon back and then you increase bodyfat 2 points. thats how you go from 158,5 depleted to 180 full

I can I explain it clearer? This is the 10th time i say. it
is this clear? 'you do not have enough muscle on your body to be using AAS'. i dont give a shit about water, just because your charge a depleted body with water doesnt mean you carry the necessary base weight to use aas. done here now, you asked for advice and have done nothing but argue it back

? not sure what you mean,, everyone carries a normal amount of water in their bodies. im just saying he normally weighs 175 not 158. Optimal weight no but i dont see a prb with him doing a cycle if he wants.

i say its bs. he didnt drop 20lbs of water when he was already 8%. I dont think he is ever 175 never the less has been over 200 like he says. If he can get to 200 naturally why is he cycling at 158 or 175?

dont know if hes lying or not, dont know if he can get to 200 or not,, guess i just have a different view of AAS then most the members on the board,, im not saying anyones right or wrong. If he can get to 200 with a cycle or get to 200 naturally whats the diff in the end? If he can naturally keep 200 on then all he has to do is keep a good strong diet after the cycle. Either way good luck OP.

nobody say you have to be ripped to start your cycle. So who is everyone on this site that says it?

Most people say you should get under 15%

Nobody would advice you if your 8% to deplete your self first.
