Ummm is lean and power lifter a oxymoron? I've seen lean bodybuilders but not to many lean power lifters.

Like streeter said, totally contradictive. Are you aiming for physique or strength?

Diet can achieve any "look" you want. Androgens can obviously help but there is nothing you will just take and get a specific look.

I've seen plenty of lean powerlines but they were in lower weight categories..

OP diet determines it all. If you don't eat clean it will not matter what type of gear you use, you will not get the results you wish to have.

sure, the studies indicate that people put on lean mass plus the anecdotal evidence is there too but like these guys said diet > all cause like it says on the fda's official guidelines "Nitrogen balance is improved only when there is sufficient intake of calories and protein."

I stand corrected I guess anything is possible but I always thought when I saw those heavy powerlifters with the big gut they were originally trying to be bodybuilders and just couldn't eat right didn't have the willpower but still loved to lift so they just turned into powerlifters actually i still think that when i see them. I am no lean machine but I try like hell not to turn into those guys I am somewhere in between I keep my chest sticking out further than my gut and I'm happy. P.S. I am no spring chicken so I am happy with what I have achieved.

I think most of these guys lift for bragging rights, you see some guy benching 450 and he looks like s***. I don't really think that is there goal.

Diet is going to be the only thing that determines the outcome along proper lifting techniques and sleep. Test will help with muscle production except with poor diet and work out regement. The hardening effect will only be noticeable under a certain body fat percentage...test can be used in all methods...bulk or cut...best hardening would be tren or winn...mast for vascularity but not for novice users....If you are low bf% and have a lean diet u can get great results up from test prop....I have been a few cycles but always seem to use prop and stay on lean bulks...always look fairly hard but it comes and goes with different carb intake...
