    Hair Loss and Cycle Quantity

I was told tonight by someone who deals with "gear" a lot that its completely normal to have hair that thinned out a little during a 6 week cycle, grow right back in during the weeks and months after the cycle.

They stated that its typically just the guys who do cycle after cycle after cycle for months and years that tend to have the permanent hair loss that doesnt come back.

Any opinions on the accuracy of this?

I did a cycle of Anavar only and had some minor hair thinning. Like where it just looks more "Flat" than normal, and the hairline isnt as solid. Maybe a 5% loss of hair density. But after the cycle it came back completely.

    Thanks.

Genetics will definitely play a roll. For some the hair can come back and for others its gone when its gone. Try taking Propecia and stay away from DHT based compounds for sure.

Thats been the case with me,i have done over 30 cycles and still have all my hair.Ithink you also have to look at wheter or not you are prone to hair loss, male pattern balness. The only compound that i have done that caused me to loose my hair at a fast rate was Masteron ,but i only used it for 4 weeks and athe hair grew back after my cycle. The problem with propecia is you can loose you libido and not be able to perform sexualy even while your on testerone .People react differenty to the same compounds, you have to see what works for you and what causes issues.

i take propecia everyday for mpb and i dont have any of the sides from it, libido is strong as ever, and it helps to keep your hair. genetics are a b*tch.

What dose are you using,i think the dose is lower for MPB than prostrate problems.

Still researching my first cycle, but this is something that has crossed my mind. I have a full head of hair, but don't want to lose it yet lol!! Guess its a risk that you take...

I was worried about that too,but i have done 30+ cycles and i still have all my hair. Most of the problem with hair loss is because of DHT,when i took Masteron which is a DHT derivitive my hair started falling out in the front. It did grow back though just like it was.I believe its the long term DHT years and years that causes the loss in MPB. All you can do is try a test only cycle and see how it goes,i think like in my case any hair that comes out will grow back.

yes it def is, for prostate is 5 mg/ed, my doctor put me on 1mg/ed but i upped it to 2mg/ed and results are way better still no sides at all. the thing is that test is the main problem when it turns to DHT, which is what fin does, it lowers the transfer rate from test to DHT. but adding more than normal test to your body is obviously going to turn more into DHT so i don't know how it will react to MPB. either way is a risk that if you are willing to take, make sure exercise and diet are on point to make it worth it.

For what I've read it isn't, its just if you are prone to it or not. in my case i have MPB so i think it will affect it a bit, i will take fin while on it, as it wont harm or change the effects of the test e cycle.

Okay - i should clarify - this isnt a thread asking whether you'll lose hair on a cycle.

As we all already know, that depends on whether you are prone to Male Pattern Baldness.

My question was this: does hair tend to grow back if you do single, individual cycles and then nothing for months?

And is it usually the guys who do ongoing, multiple cyccles who seem to have issues?

This would be purely a comparison between MPB prone individuals.

I guess its impossible to answer, as you would need to somehow know who is prone and who isnt, then compare only the prone ones...
