Advice?
Hey folks,
I'm new to the site and I'm considering a cycle. It would be my first cycle. I've done a fair bit of research, however I can always learn. As far as my stats, I'm 6'0, about 210-215, at around 15% BF. My frame is pretty big. One friend often compares it to Cain Velasquez's frame. I'm 19 years old, turning 20 in the new year. I know people would say that I'm too young, however I know people that have done juice at 18. I'm honestly just looking for advice on the cycle. Like I said I know most people would say I'm too young, but I've done my research and I want to go through with it. As far as my cycle, I'm considering something like this
Test P EOD week 1 - 8
Tren EOD week 4 - 10 (haven't decided what kind)
Winstrol ED week 6 - 12 (probably tablets)
Clen ED week 8 - 12
I'm basically looking for advice on dosage's and PCT. The info that I've found for PCT seems to be very misleading and contradicting (maybe because I'm misunderstanding it lol). As far as results, I'm looking to lower my body fat, while putting on some solid muscle. I know many say that Tren for a first cycle is not a good idea, and that you should stick to TEST alone, however based off my research, I figure that by doing TEST alone for 4 weeks, I can pinpoint any sides and adjust if/when needed on TREN (by stoping, not doing, or lowering it). As far as diet, I'd follow something similar to the "Bodyplus Diet". Weights would be 5-6 times a week, trying to hit everywhere twice. My cardio is okay, Ive been playing basketball most of my life. However, since I'm primarily trying to cut I would do it about 4-5 times a week. As said before, I would make any adjustments necessary based off of how I feel. Many might think that I'm young and stubborn for wanting to go through with a cycle, and a TEST/TREN/WIN cycle at that, however for personal reasons I feel it's something I must do. Anyways, for anyone with actual experience that can help me out with dosages and PCT, I'd really appreciate it. If you need any other info (within reason), just hit me up. Thanks!

A) Your way too young. B) You obviously have not done research because if you do the cycle that you have proposed your gonna **** yourself up royally. C) Because of your age I'm not gonna give you advice on what to do but I will give you advice on what to research. Research tren . Its the hardest of all steroids , something reserved fo knowledgable seasoned vets. Research Winny tabs and their effect on your liver. Also research the effects of steroids on young people. There are a lot of good threads in this forum. Then you will understand why its policy to wait until your 25. After a good honest couple of hours of reading post again.

I did my first cycle around your age and I wish I had waited a couple more years. I ****ed myself up for a long time before my system came back to normal. Im not telling you this to scare you Im telling you this because its the truth.

Welcome to the board mate!
Agree with the knowledgable members above me. you endocrine system is still developing and will continue to do so until some time in your mid 20's. Leave aas alone until your hormonal system is fully developed. You can thank me when you are 30 and still have normal libido and stiff wood when you want it.
For now, learn learn learn!
diet dialed in
workout routine at max
build your natural foundation, and then in about 6 years, you'll be ready.
I know... not what you wanted to hear, and I'm sorry about that. But it is solid advice, and something you should seriously consider.
Good luck!

you have done tons of research and you still think, despite your age, that those compounds are the best way to run your first cycle? You are only going to hurt yourself
seems like logical reasoning to me. I dont think Ive ever known an 18 year old to do something they have regretted.

Thanks for the advice guys. During my research the endocrine system never came up. The Tren and Winny tab sides did, but I also read that running test first would allow you to pinpoint any sides, and see if you can handle it. However, after reading what you guys have said I'm agree that I'm not ready. Guess I'm going to rely on hard work in the gym, and good decisions in the kitchen. Thanks again for the help. Means a lot that you guys would give advice to someone you don't even know. Really appreciate it.

Hello all,
Been a while since I've been on this. Been busy with school and stuff. Wanted to give people an update and I figured I'd use the same thread
I took peoples' advice and stayed away from the juice. I've been consistent with my workouts and diets. At a tall 5'11, and at 19 years of age, I've gotten down to just below 200. Abs are starting to come in, jut need to lose a bit more fat and have my skin adjust. My proudest accomplishment however would be my bench. I've gotten to 315, for 3 sets of 1. I do it every week or 2 just to test how much strength/muscle I've lost during cutting. Thus far, I've gathered that my weight loss has been efficient. I've stayed focused and had my goals in mind, and everyday I work towards those goals.
Just some inspiration to anyone else that wants to transform themselves. You can do it, you just have to believe it and want it bad enough to do it.
Take care all.
