    Life after Deca

Had a quick question about stopping Deca . I've been off of Deca for about 3 weeks now and all of my joint pain is back. Deca was a very nice temporary fix for my lower back pain, elbow pain, and shoulder pain, but now it's all back! Any suggestions on stuff to take? Whether it be OTC or Prescription? For the record, glucosamine/chondroiton/MSM does not work for me, even after months of regular use.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. I've cut back on my training load since i'm in PCT now and trying to recover. I'm going 4 days a week for about an hour or so, just trying to get some good solid muscle stimulation but not over do it. I have already planned to take the whole week after Christmas off and start back after the new year.

cosamin DS by nutramax. contains chondroitin sulfate at low enough molecular weight to be absorbed enough. many supplements dont have low enough molecular weight and are a waste. i grew up with knee annoyance where i had to stop walking for a second and bring my feet to my butt. in the army running regularly kept my knees lubed but after a month of no running due to a back problem my knees started annoying me again until i started taking this supplement.

im sure ive posted this link before

Where do your joint issues stem from? What are your stats?

My joint issues stem from football injuries and heavy lifting in the past. My family does have a history of early onset arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Joint wise, I've never really been in the best shape, especially for my age. Anyways, my stats ar 23 yo, 5'9", 226 lbs, 14% bf, lifting for 9 years now.
