Deca sust 250 cycle. thoughts and
Hello folks. I've done countless hours of research , read a ton of posts and articles about each compound and each pct. I've read Scully, William Llwelyns protocals as well as very helpful threads. Starting my second cycle. Current stats : 36 yo 187 pounds 6 feet 13 perc body fat been training for 6 years. I'm a hard gainer. I've been slim all my life, bad genes i guess. I'm looking to add about 15 pounds of muscle . diet is clean . consist of 40, 40, 20. 3500 cals. I lift 5 to six times a week. i do one body part a day. since my hours at work are flexible . I'm going to post my current blood work before , during and after pct. as I don't see any threads that show someone post there entire progress with bw and pics .
cycle will be as follows :
1-10- sust 250 twice a week Monday Thursday
1-8- Deca 100 mg same vile twice a week
Arimedex .5 (3x/w) throughout cycle. my estradiol is a bit on the high side at 41.
12-16 nolvadex 40/20/20/20 and clomid 100/50/50/50.
Nice and simple .

will do. I also wanted to mention that I'm taking vitamin D a megadose . omega 3 and 6.
Did my first pin this morning . I heated both viles in warm warm water then I added both into one syringe and slowly applied it into my glut. didn't hurt a bit. just felt a little coldness on my arms. I think it's the nervousness ..

I'm in week three of my cycle and have gained 10 pounds. I've been eating roughly 3800 to 4000 clean calories a day. strength has gone up a bit, not much however. I've noticed a bit of atrophy so I started 750 mg of Tribulis. My Diet is as follows:
Meal 1
7 egg whites
2 slices of eziquel bread with natural PB
I cup of raw oatmeal
Meal 2
Whole wheat bread and a can of tuna with a hint of mayo
Meal 3
1/2 almonds
Meal 4
10 ounce chicken
Cup of brown rice
Black beans
meal 5
Monster Mass shake with water 600 calories 50 g protein and 80 g carbs
Chicken or steak and sweet protote or whole wheat pasta
meal 6
1/2 cup of almonds
Meal 7
cup of cottage cheese

what would you suggest I add to my daily meals as this is 4000 calories on the spot

2 monster mass shakes , can of Tuna, whole wheat breat = 1500 calories
meal 1 = 709 calories
I cup of nuts = 360 calories
12 ounce grill chicken breAst 409 calories
12 ounce whole wheat spaghetti pasta 800 calories
black beams, cup of brown rice and rib eye= 840 calories
1 cup of cottage cheese 200 calories
that's 4700 calories
