Some advise please.
WK1- 600MG Deca
WK2- 600MG Deca
WK3- 600MG Deca
WK4- 600MG Deca
WK5- 300MG Deca /250MG Winstrol /100MG Test
WK6- 300MG Deca /250MG Winstrol/100MG Test
WK7- 300MG Deca /250MG Winstrol/100MG Test
WK8- 300MG Deca /250MG Winstrol/100MG Test
WK9- 300MG Deca /250MG Winstrol/100MG Test
WK10- 300MG Deca /250MG Winstrol/100MG Test
I will start my PCT 3 weeks after my last Deca shot. Also during the cycle I will be taking Letrozole to help me reduce my estrogen level.
Am I over staking it? Please give me your advise.

we normally want your stats before advising on a cycle, but this is THE WORST proposed cycle I have seen this month and there have been some amazingly insane ones.
There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this cycle. Whoever advised you on it obviously does not know what they are doing (I dont care how big or ripped they are)
Please do not run this cycle, all the answers to why its a bad idea can be found by reading the profiles section on each of these compounds.
That winstrol dosage alone will have your liver shrivelled and hard as a rock within a couple weeks. Hope you have a donor lined up

I agree with KP bad cycle.And you are 6' and only weight 167? You really need to learn how to eat and pack on some meat before you cycle bro.Hit the diet section and post your diet and tell them wat you are trying to do.

Double or triple the test and run it all 10 weeks
Drop the Deca down to 100 or 200 max per week
Drop your Winstrol to about 50 to 100 max per week
If you are running HCG , start it in week 8
Start the rest of your PCT a week after your 10 weeks..
IN MY HUMBLE OPINION
PS- DO NOT run that cycle above. These guys are right, its terrible and Test should ALWAYS be your base.

The cycle I'm running at the moment is 750mg sust pinned Monday Wednesday and Friday 400 mg deca split on Monday's and Friday's. I Don't suffer from gyno at these doses but have some Letro on hand just in case. I'm making good gains on this cycle. planned pct of nolva and clomid 2 weeks after my last sust jab.

Forgot to mention deca is a 10 week course. Sust is a 14 week course

Thank you very much to every one for their feedback. I am not starting that cycle. I decided to posted here to get others advised. I am getting frustrated because I train hard, eat like a hog and nothing. I am stuck on 158lbs now. I do have the supplements listed above. I might be asking for alot but can some PLEASE help me make up a good cycle with what I have. The only cycle I have ever done was Sust 250 for 12 weeks and that was over a year ago. Thank you again to everyone.

I'd be more comfortable if this were in the lounge so that it was obviously a joke.
But........
....it's not.
Sorry mate. I don't think anyone that knows anything at all about putting a cycle together would ever seriously put this together.
Usually a first cycle is 12 weeks test c or e at 500mg a week.
put together a good pct protocol.
It's time to go back to the drawing board, and read read read.

I'm inclined to say 14 weeks of test at 500mg maybe add deca at 400mg a week for 10 weeks if its not your first cycle and a pct of clomid and nolva at 100/100/50/50, 40/40/20/20 mix that cycle with a good clean diet plenty of sleep and rest and a good workout routine you should pack on the pounds

Agree with honkey kong I hit a brick wall in my bulking regime and the inclusion of a measly 500 or so calories extra really helped

To be honest I dont keep track of grams of protein or calories and i know I should. But for the amount of food I eat through out the day I should super overweight. Should i start eating more junk food? I do eat healthy though, thats probably my problem.
