what is this virgin muscle pain?
is this a common thing? first few pins in the quad and you can't even walk, much less lift... i'd imagine it would be much worse in the delt

From my understanding it's when you haven't introduced a compound to that muscle before

I tried Quads and I was dead legged for weeks. Never again will I pin Quads. Switch to glutes if you find the right spot you won't even feel it

The pain is due to the oil used, I pinned sustanon from two different manufacturers (UK and Pakistan), the UK one hurts and swells one day later, the Pakistan one has no such effect. Some wrote they like it when it hurts because they know it's real, but then testosterone is not meant to hurt and swell like that, so I believe it's down to the oil in it.

For any newbies reading this thread, do not be afraid of any of the standard three spots for IM injection. Deltoid (shoulder) Vastus Lateralis (thigh) or Gluteas (upper outer buttocks). While the glutes are the most painfree and largest capacity they should never be relied upon exclusively. By pinning small amounts, peferably of a long ester either site, legs or delts will soon become accustomed to pinning and will be relatively pain free. I am not a big muscled guy and started out being very scared of my shoulders. However I now routinely pin 2.5 ml in it with no ill affects whatsoever.
By starting to utilize the standard three and always rotating sites you will save yourself the common mistake of overusing a particular area that you are comfortable with until its scarred and you are forced to move on. There is no reason for this, always try not hit the same spot more than once every week, and longer if the spot is ever still sore for whatever reason. Always use new needles for each injection, inject slowly so as not to rupture the muscle tissue from forcing the oil through the muscle tissue, always warm the oil to body temperature or slightly above and you should experience years of daily use before any major scarring occurs. Further all three of the standard sites are very easy to hit and almost completely free of any serious dangers (major nerves, arteries, glands etc.) that you may experience with more advanced locations.
Good luck and rotate rotate rotate.

What size needles are you using, and in what areas?

i think it might depend on what size of needles you are using and in what exact areas you are pinning, i also think it depends at which moment of the day you decide to pin.

No one has asked how fast your in injecting yet. OK, how fast? How long does it take you to push the plunger down and put the gear in? I typically take 1 min+ per CC and am pain free 99.99% of the time.
If you are injecting fast then you are bruising you muscles.

Virgin muscle pain - Pain in the muscle that you've never injected into before. It's just like DOMS and may hurt for a day or two after.
Least painless injection sites imo quad, shoulder & tricep.
Stay safe

Like how many times you need to inject before the pain goes from that site? because like i said, i have these sust amps which i've injected over the past 6 weeks randomly, some are uk and some are pakistan, i inject in the quads all the time, only when i inject the uk sust that i get pain, so i really don't buy this 'virgin muscle pain' theory.

You're sore because you just shoved a piece of metal in your leg and injected a foreign liquid in your muscle....don't give up, after a few weeks it will get used to it and you will have little to no soreness
