Test E _ Anavar _ Deca

Hey guys,


after doing some research I have come to the conclusion that starting with:

12 week cycle

Deca at 250mg/per week *DELETE*
Anavar x 4 pills a day at 12mg per pill
Test E at 500mg/per week
Milk Thistle 3 times a day at 1 tablespoon
Nolavdex at 1 pill per day from beginning of cycle 20mg per pill
.80mg of finasteride per day (been taking it for hairloss for several years)

For food:

Consume 3000+ calories a day
2 x quickmass weight gainer shakes per day
Sleep 8 hours a day
Fish Oil, Multivitamins etc

Please let me know what you think, I spent hours researching and asking people and also asked some people who are bodybuilders for a living. Thanks

The deca will bloat you and nullify any aesthetic gains from the Var.

And Deca does not stack well with finasteride. It will actually increase hairloss. This is because nandrolone itself is pretty androgenic . But in the body, most of it rapidly converts to the lightly androgenic DHN through 5a-reductase.

And this is your first cycle?
Just stick to 500mg of Test E.

So you are saying Var with Test E. This is my second cycle, first cycle I did was Test Prop and Deca about 4 years ago.

I am going for size. I am 150lbs right now. been working out 4 years.

170cm. Maximum weight I reached was 165lbs 2 years ago and I am 27 years old. That was done through just creatine,protein and working out 5 days a week.

Do I need to take anything else for pct or is Nolavdex fine? And do I need to take Nolavdex after the cycle is finished?

You're 5'7".
You can do better than that without AAS.
