Clen and t3
Just a quick question would you run clen and t3 on there own or do people usually add them to a test cycle for cutting purposes any help appreciated

t3 burns a lot of muscle. its better to include AAS in order to protect from catabolism.

Test prop is good to run with t3.

Your best way to run t3 is with an aas. However, I've ran t3 on it's own and it really didn't burn as much muscle as people seem to think. And I'd do it again without an aas. Clen can be ran with or without aas. Some use clen along with pct.

You can run both at the same time. Though many recommend to use T3 with aas, IMHO I think if you have your diet in check your muscle loss will be minimal.

Clen & T3 was awesome for burning fat. I ran with and without Test Prop. Works better with Prop but still lost fat without Test.

I run it at 50-75mcg. Some go higher.

I was running 200 mcg Clen with 100 t3.

thanks for the information lads much appreciated will probably steer clear of T3 so dont like the idea if loosing muscle while im still training naturally

Its all bullsh*t you lose muscle on T3 IMO, i never lost any and i was in keto using it for 12 weeks.

imo, using keto, clen t3 and aas is the best mix you can make to lean out and to make muscle.
