In regards to Clen -
Hey guys, new to these forums, and I've been doing a lot of research and reading; but havn't heard much about women using clen .
I've recently been introduced to the clen gel, and before I try anything I'd like to know how to use it, dosage amounts and whether it will actually do anything for me and be beneficial.
I'm a 20 year old female. I'm 5"7 and I weigh approx 72.8 kilos with a body fat total of 31.2.
My workout consists of half an hour cardio (walking/running) at 7am, then gym 6 days a week at 5pm with an hour cardio, 30 minute circuit training, and a further 30 of cardio.
I have a strict diet as well if you would like that posted.

I honestly would not use clen if I did not compete in bodybuilding. The sides suck and it can potentially damage your heart. It is good for getting to extreme bf levels and that is all. Post your diet up.

8am (breakfast) 1/2 cup cooked oats + shake + egg whites.
10am (snack) Tin of tuna + rice crackers (2 of).
12:30 (lunch) 100g grilled chicken/fish + vegetables (Broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, carrots)
3 (afternoon snack) Shake + tuna/sweet potato

If you are 20 then should be no problem's burning fat with your diet and cardio. Clen is only for competitors getting to very low bf that they only hold for a few day's; it can make you feel miserable and it would not be worth the health risk's.

Clen Gel is new to me. I was only aware of pills and liquid. Can somebody confirm there is a legit clen gel?

Women can use clen , but as I tell everyone it's overrated. If you're at 31%bf for a female, there is alot that can be done with just diet and cardio alone to get you sub 20%. Clen is not your answer.

Make a new thread in the diet/nutrition section and they will critique your diet and help you. You can get below 20 easy w/ diet and cardio alone.

Its like a diet section but you can start your own thread(log) and we'll be more than happy to get you started in the right direction as far as diet and training go. It will help keep you accountable and motivate you as well. Check out some of the logs in there now. You'll get female viewpoints in there from some of our female members too.

I compete too and I stopped using clen because of the sides. My bp got to high. I get in great condition now without it and I bet you would too.

i don't really know if clen is good on a female or not, in the past some girls i know took clen but in smaller doses and there again you got gel clen which ive never seen before, like everyone said previously, i think cardio and diet is the best to go under 20-25% BF, then from 20% you might think about clen, like others said the side are not worth using it, but there again some people had huge sides and some have nearly no sides, it all depends on you. Also post in the nutrition section like i did, it helps a lot and there are a few girls there that know what they are talking about. Thats my point of view.

Clen works in the exact same manner on women as it does men. Same sides and the same effectiveness. Obviously dose would be lower considering most women will weigh less than a man.
