    need advise on my cycle of Sustanon 250 + anavar

    new cycle sustanon 250 + Anavar need advice !!


    *** i did 3 week of anavar & did not get the rusult i was looking for so i stop after 3 week & started sustanon 250 !
    i have to say the anavar reduce my BF but did not gain much weight prob 5 pound in the 1st 2 week but then only strenght ...

    my stat is

    38 yr old
    171 lb
    5 foot 7
    bf apx 16%
    Cycle history: sustanon in 2002 1 cycle ( great result)

    ******************************** any suggestion how i should run my anavar & sustanon for my cyle :************************


    so far i did:
    - anavar for 3 week 40mg day & stop it ......& decide to keep the rest for the end of my cycle

    started sustanon 250 (monday 250mg + thursday 250mg) this is my 4th week

    ** this what i have in mind:

    Cycle:
    Weeks 1-8 250mg sustanon 250mg (Monday morning) +250mg thursday night )

    Weeks 6-8 anavar 40mg (20mg morning-20mg night)

    PCT
    Clomid 100/100/50/50
    + Nolva 40/40/20/20


    let me know if my cycle make sense & if i miss out anything !!

    I wouldn't be using steriods at that body fat or weight. Your to light for a cycle. What does your diet look like?

    Too light for a cycle? I never understood the logic behind this. 171 lbs. on a 5'8" frame doesn't sound that light to me. The way I see it, the only way a person should never do a cycle is if: 1. Too young, 2. Nowhere near natural limit. If a person has lifted naturally for years, but is still well under 200 lbs., then why don't they have the right to cycle? Alot of people probably don't have the genetics to be 200 lbs.+ at 8% or less bodyfat.

    The higher your body fat, the more likely you're going to have sides. Your cycle looks ok. I think the Doc's commenting your bf might be a tad high.

    At 5'7" 171lbs and 16% body fat, he has not reached his natural limit
