    Testosterone estrogen and acne ?

Ok simple question... is it the rise in Estrogen from Testosterone that causes Acne? If I take a
Aromatase Inhibitors like a Ar-r product will it reduce Acne. Thanks

Yes. Too high or too low estradiol cause acne. So keep it stable and you should be ok.

The most important factor in preventing acne is keeping hormones as balanced and regular as possible. This means consistent and timely dosing of all compounds involved.

Can you post the does and if you get the desired results please?

I got bad acne on the last cycle and didn't run an AI but I'm planning it for the next one. Just want to hear your experience with it.

"Most dermatologists believe acne is closely linked with hormonal changes that occur within the body. In fact, testosterone has been identified as a chief trigger of acne development. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, testosterone works to stimulate oil gland activity, creating an oilier skin more prone to acne breakouts."

It's the higher test that causes acne. But from my experience, the changes in hormone levels trigger acne outbreaks. I only have problems at the start and end of a cycle. If I change my levels during a cycle, I may experience an increase in acne as well. I don't believe an AI will help you at all here. You would be better to treat the acne with proper skin care IMO.

ok thanks for the info. I usually Run and train on Mondays and Thursdays then pin after. I'm a shower nut and use a brush on my back. Ill try to make it the same time slot now. The time slot now varies a few hours on those days depending on my workout.
