am i ready to take steroids?
I am currently 19
I am 6ft tall
Weigh 175 , I have been weight lifting for the past 6 years but I havnt gained any weight in the last 2 years
I eat 150grams of protien per day
My max bench is 185, max squat is around 405
I run ten miles a day
I've always been interested in gear but bcause I was in highschool I never took them for fears I might get kicked out of sports for taking them.
I don't know people who take them, nor have I ever seen gear to purchase so all of this is completly new to me,
Any advice for a newbe on where to start ? What should I look for? What I should be doing?

No, you are too young. Also...I'm just going to guess that running 10 miles a day might be hindering your efforts to gain weight.

No your not, you need to concentrate on your diet and training. 150g of protein is not nearly enough, go spend some time in the diet and nutrition sections. Keep training naturally and build a solid base.

bro you are 19. Come on man. Listen to the other bros on here.
First, you need to stop running 10 miles a day TODAY if you want to put on some mass. What are your goals in running so much?
I think in your case No weight = bad diet and extreme catabolic running routime. Go fix that first man. Post on the diet forum, they can help you out there for sure, but stay away from gear man. You're way too young.

Come on man at 19 your natty test is threw the roof, why would you want to add anymore. Doing so will just put you at an extremely high risk of some nasty and quite possibly irriversable sides. If you get your diet on point there should be no reason why you couldn't grow natty.

at 19 you are too young to use gear, your diet is not good, i would say 1.2g of protein per lbs, maybe your workouts arent good or genetics, i am 18 and i bench 225 without a problem, i think mainly your diet lacks.

Main problem, running 10 miles a day. Like others said test at 19 should be great.

Alright, so if I up my protien consumption, and calory intake and stop running ten miles a day I should be gaining more weight?
Every whey protien tub I read says to consume only .8- to 1 gram of protien per pound
How do I know when I'm taking too much ?
I eat 6 regular meals a day and big ones at that also I mostly eat protien sorces like milk chicken eggs and beef
I've been taking new vitamins and pre workouts and whey protien up to 120grams of whey a day and 24 in casin at night, I've only gained around half a pound in the last three weeks, and I hit the gym 4 times a week
What could I be doing wrong?

again way way to much cardio to be putting on size if you are indeed doing that much cardio per day. Way to young for AAS and like they said your natty levels are through the roof right now. You are not eating enough. Just over to diet forum and post what you are eating include the macros cause they are gonna ask.. good luck
