Letrozole before during or after?

Hey guys,

Before my cycle of T400 I have lined up I wanted to run letro to clear up some gyno I got naturally through puberty. I would have liked to run it with my cycle of T400 to offset the sex drive but I heard its not good to run letro during a cycle due to lack of estrogen levels it gives. And if I do it before hand im pretty sure id have to run a pct before the test to stop estro rebound? So now it seams im kinda in a dilema, which do you think would be the best alternative, either before cycle and run a seperate PCT, during cycle and miss out on gains, or after cycle with a seperate PCT from the T400.

Based on the little information provided here, I would recommend using Arimidex or Aromasin during your test cycle, then performing a proper PCT afterwards with at least Nolvadex for several weeks. I had a slight case of gyno from my first cycle (sustanon 250 at the age of 23 with no AI's, SERM's or PCT at all). A few years later I took some Nolvadex and it rid me of my gyno completely.

What seems like Gyno to you is just puberty, let it run its course.

Letro should be taken after a cycle, not before. You need estrogen in your body to grow. What age are you?

T-400 is a blended product, with each milliliter containing 25 milligrams of testosterone propionate, 187 milligrams of testosterone cypionate and 188 milligrams of testosterone enanthate.

To the original poster, are you dead-set on taking Letrozole for some reason?

No dont worry i'm well passed puberty Maclean haha. It could have been gyno from puberty that never went away, gyno from being fat during puberty that never went away, or gyno from Axis-HT which I highly doubt due to the fact there is no test to estrogen conversion from something like that.

I'm 24 years old, 5'7" at 192 pounds. Don't know current bodyfat percentage but have vascularity running from wrists, outer biceps and up to my front delts. Was 170 in while in boxing, Judo and Jui-Jitsu but due to the fact I have a little one on the way I been working more and have just enough time for a solid workout and the end of the night. The 22 pounds I gained in the past year from being off of MMA were pretty clean gains done by a clean bulk at times but been more of a dirty bulk lately. Been working out for 7 years on and off.

Current supplements being taken are:

MegaMen Multi Vitamin, Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein, Animal Flex (for joints), N.O Explode (pre), Cellmass (post-creatine)

To clarify my blend of T400, It's made by LIqua Tech. The blend is 150 mg- Test Enth, 150 mg- Test cyp and 100 mg- Test Decaonate which im going to be doing a pin every monday and thursday of 200mg. It's my first cycle and yes I know it will be a harsh first cycle due to the alcohol content but I couldnt get ahold of any Test E at the time so im going ot go with it.

To answer someone elses quesiton I seen in here, the reason i'm leaning towards Letro so much is for the fact I previously stated. I want to rid my gyno I have before during or after my cycle. Thus brings me to my original question that I would liek to know, which would be better? before or after my cycle of t400. For my cycle of t400 I have nolvadex and Arimidex lined up but WILL be willing to substitute the arimidex for letro if its ok to take durign cycle at doses high enough to rid gyno while still acting as an AI for me which I do beleive wont work correctly. So basically im wondering should I do a cycle of letro then do a PCT of nolva, THEN do my cycle of T400 with Armidex as AI followed by nolva again for PCT. Or do it the other way around.

Again, any answers towards this will be great guys.

I dont think anything is going to help with gyno you have had for a long time other than surgery. heres something about adex which works the same as letro but not as strong. I tried letro on some gyno had for a while and it did nothing for it even at 2.5mg ED. i did it off cycle,the only thing it did was kill my libido.

doing a cycle at the same time will only make things worse.If you want to try and get rid of your existing gyno then do it by itself. If your gyno is old and you have had it for a long time then it probaby wont do any good,it didnt in my case and i used 2.5 mg ED. BUT it wont hurt anything to give it a try.Using test while your trying to get rid of it will only add more estrogen unless you use an AI. I would do it before a cycle for it to be the most effective. Mine flairs up when i do a heavy test cycle and dont use an AI or serm,from now on i am going to use Adex or Aromasin . Adex only blocks the enzyme,Aromasin kills it so you wont get a estro rebound with it.

Actually im on letro 2.5 and test c 400mg a week(200mg 2x wk) and letro hasnt totally elinated estrogen. Its still in the normal range for a male, though my free testosterone is 4 times the high normal.
Heres what i would do. i would take .5 of adex on the cycle, then post cycle with nolva AND letro. I have done that. You might actually reduce your gyno in pct since estrogen will probably be close to nothing.
I wouldnt "pre-treat" with letro before your cycle because letro sometimes causes an estrogen rebound and that could stir up gyno. letro needs to be tapered of, or another AI has to be used after it like adex. So making your aromatase enzymes fluctuate too soon before a cycle may add to much fuel to the fire.

After your cycle is done, for 6 months or so, you may want to consider just running2.5-5mg of letro a day for 6-8 weeks to try and get ride of gyno. Take another 6 weeks to taper off and have adex and nolva to help you taper. Just take some extra copper as lack of estrogen depletes that. Throw some niacin, pantathenic acid(b5), vita E and vitamin fish oils to help witht he cholesterol.

No matter what you use just use a serm to control the estro rebound...im actually on letro now, .5mg e3d i have ldex coming but i plan on running liquidex for a while then last two week start letro, then do pct and if needed extend nolva a week or twoo at 5-10 mg ed just to make sure there isnt any estro rebound.i do also have gyno from when i was 11... puffy nips but letro has brought them down a lot. Which is why i think doing the last two week of letro will be good.

Thats not accurate anymore. When t400 came out it was made by one vet company and that is what is was made up of.
But now with all the ugl's there are all different combinations out there. I have t400 at home now that is just 400mg of test e
