    Every 5 day pins... ok?

I would like opinions on pinning the same area every 5 days.

Is it just enough time to avoid scar tissue, or too often.

Please stick to the question, I would like opinions on that specifically rather than pinning alternatives

I just posted a similar thread. I actually have had some scar tissue build up in my right quad from injecting too frequently in that area. All these guys said to never pin in one location more than once a week. Scar tissue build up is really rare. There was a guy who said he had pinned 100's or possibly even 1000 times in his quad and doesnt have any scar tissue. What are you pinning? Just test? Why do you only want to pin in the one location?

Yep, saw that thread. Didn't want to hijack

I am doing glutes Monday/Fri at the mo. Altering left and right. But in a few weeks time I am adding tren and pinning 3 x week (Mon/weds/Fri) and hoping to just keep alternating, but that would mean the same spot every 5 days.

For some reason I don't want to pin anywhere else for fear of pain that will affect my training. My first few pins in my glute caused bad pain for a few days making it impossible to train legs! I hear quads are worse!

Hence the question, if I can get away with every 5 day pins in the same spot, then it's easier to stick with that I say, cos my glutes handle it fine now.

I used to get a lot of injection pain too. Now I get almost none. Two things that have helped for me is doing more frequent injections(less volume per pin) and also going really really slow on every injection. On a 1cc injection I will literally take 2 min to pin. I will push .1-.2cc's and pause push .1-.2 again and pause and repeat that until I am done. Now I get almost no pain whatsover.

Right now are you doing test e? How many mgs and cc's per pin? I assume you will be using tren a not tren e? If so you should pin eod.

Every site will be a little more sore than normal the first few times you do it. For me quads are the easiest to hit and I get no pain whatsoever from hitting them. I suggest you trying hitting a quad(just make sure it is either right after leg day or a few days before). Also delts cause me no pain either as long as I hit the right spot. If I go too high it hurts like a bitch. For me I get the most soreness from hitting glutes. I am sure you would be fine hitting the same spot every 5 days but I suggest you try hitting some other locations and see how it goes. Try your best to limit it to 1 injection per site per week.

Yep, Tren a, and Sus 250. So I'll be pinning up to 2cc some days as I'll be mixing the 2.

I guess it makes sense to rotate, glutes and quads. I will have to consider giving it a go. Maybe I am just being a big girl! I think I got put off by reading that people cant walk for days after a quad pin, and the same happened to a friend of mine.

I did sust on my first cycle and it did hurt. But that was my first cycle and I was really inexperienced with giving myself injections. There is a certain spot on my quads and delts where I get almost no pain. Go look on this sites main page and it points those spots out for your quads and delts. All I can say is give it a try. I dont think you should pin 2cc's into any one site every 5 days.

Thanks Tom. I think my next thread will be 'thoughts on pinning 2cc in one shot'! I actually got the recommendation that 2cc is ok from a seasoned user

First, check out spot injections (dot) com. Take out the spaces (it's difficult to post a web address on a thread, apologies). This site has great information about all the different places to inject. Second, forget about the notion of pain from injections. Over a short amount of time it will almost completely go away, but more importantly, it's actually a good idea to inject an area and subsequently work out that muscle later in the day, as the extra blood flow going to that muscle will aid in spreading the oil out more quickly and efficiently. Whoever said that they couldn't walk after an injection either did a very poor job of injecting, or psyched themselves out over a little bit of soreness. At a bare minimum, you should only be injecting in the same sight once a week (7 days). Otherwise, you will end up with a pool of oil in a muscle which will lead to testosterone possibly being trapped and not able to get into your bloodstream adequately, and that is a very bad scenario indeed.

While I don't take advantage of injecting into my pecs, biceps, triceps or calves, I do inject both of my glutes, three different places in each thigh, and both of my delts - though I only use delts when I absolutely have to. Injecting into the larger muscles such as the glutes and thighs prove far more efficient in getting testosterone into the bloodstream (the larger the muscle, the more blood flowing therein). Another option to take into serious consideration is mixing two different compounds into the same syringe for the same injection. For example, today I injected 200mg of test prop (1cc) and 250mg of deca (1cc) into my upper-left thigh. It came from the same syringe, all in one shot. It is perfectly safe to inject more than 1cc at a time, but the spot injections website discusses this as well.
