Muscle Imbalance. Transforming body from football equal balances

I've been doing my own version of "bodybuilding" for about four years, and after growing into a mindset that is focused on improving myself (instead of competing with others), I recognize that I have many imbalances in my legs from doing mainly power stance squats. My upper body is also out of balance, but most of the reading I've done has given me plenty of things that I am able to do to improve my upper balance. I'll post pictures on Thursday when I get a new phone, but my outer quads are much bigger than my inner quads, and my hamstrings are relatively much less developed. My outer abductors have more stabilization than my inner abductors. When I walk, my legs are closer in than natural posture.

    I'm 20 years old. I weigh 200 lbs and am 6'1'' tall.

I know pictures will really help to receive proper critiquing (I'll get them up asap). Before I put the pictures up, I would like to reach out to the bodybuilding community and see what others have learned from their imbalances and how they corrected them.

Though I am eager and excited to improve, it is all in humility. Any critiquing will be much appreciated and will not be met with any negativity.

That's really great that you not only recognize the shortcomings in your physique, but also that you are reaching here to find ways in which to remedy those problems. At the main forum page, scroll down until you find the Fitness Forum, and post this question under the Workout Questions section.
