looking for some answers because i'm lost
i have been researching and researching about what i should try and what, if anything, is still available to get. i've read about a million things about superdrol, m-drol, prohormones, halodrol. i'm just trying to find out if there is a powerful, still legal, supplement i can buy. i've read a lot about cycles, pct and everything. i saw many posts and articles about cycles for supplements that, from what i've read, are no longer available. i'm looking for some real and honest feedback. i've struggled to gain anything for over a year so i'm just interested if there is another supplement i could look into. any help is much appreciated.

i really dont stay up on ph's. So i'm not sure what is available
Most are worse far worse on you then steroids .
What is your diet like. That could be why you arent gainingIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

i'm 6'4", 185lbs. my diet is extremely strict. i eat between 4000 and 5000 calories a day, and i monitor it like crazy so i don't think i'm taking in more by not portioning or logging anything. lots of chicken, brown rice, steamed vegetables, cottage cheese. i've even added an extra half gallon of milk every day for some extra calories. i have been working at this for a long time, i'm at the point whe i'd like a little something to give me a little motivation. i'm tired of seeing the same image in the mirror every day.

there are plenty of clones still out there you just gotta look. Stats would be nice so we can point you in the right direction but if your saying you never reeally get any gains it prob your diet brah

at 6'4 and 185 and if you are having trouble gaining i would say its your diet. Maybe you are to strict. post up what each meal is exactly
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

6 eggs, 2 cups of plain oatmeal, 2 cups of milk for breakfast. whey protein mixed with 2 cups milk post workout. 6oz chicken breast, 2 cups brown rice and a cup of frozen vegetables with 2 cups of milk. whey protein with 2 cups milk. 8oz steak, baked potatoe and 2 cups frozed vegetables for dinner. and two cups of cottage cheese before bed. and i drink another 8 cups of milk throuh the course of the day.

there is no way that is 5000 cal. Unless its the milk. I eat alot more then that and im not close to 5000k. But i dont drink nearly as much milk
I would def start a thread in the nutrition forum. There are alot of great guys in there to help. But there is no sense taking any ph or steroids until you get your diet sorted out.If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

i'm telling you man, i'm on point tracking it every day. since monday i've eaten about 18000 calories (not including today) and i actually lost three pounds. and i forgot to mention i eat little things all day while i'm in class. the whey itself gives me over two thousand calories a day

the reason i added extra milk to what i already eat in a day is because a coulple other guys sqid GOMAD might work for a hardgainer like me

Thats not even close to 5000 calories. Count those up and it wont even be close to what you think it is. So many people come on here saying the eat 5000 clean calories a day. It is so hard to eat 5000 clean calories a day!! It sucks. Double up the portions for each of your chicken/beef meals. Then add about three more meals like that. Basically you are only eating 3 meals. I dont count a post workout shake and two cups of cottage cheese as a full meal. Also you should get some protein/carbs in preworkout and where are the carbs post-workout?

I added up and it is about 4200 calories. Much more than I thought. Add a few more meals and cut back on the milk. Eat more chicken, beef and tuna

i told you. i eat anywhere between 4000 and 5000 a day and don't put anything on.and i can't imagine trying to stomach anymore because i feel like i'm overfull all day

i was able to get ahold of M-DROL not too long ago. still havent used it .sorry.... i cannot and will not sell . im probably gonna give it to one of my buddys.

yeah, i see that all over the place but i'm skeptical about whether it's the real deal or not. i heard a couple people tell me they liked 5aOHP

pro-hormones give you more sides than the real thing....and not as effective.
