    First weeks of Sustanon

    Ok, I am doing sus 250 as my first cycle, 500mg a week over 2 pins. I just did my 8th pin so am 4 weeks in.

    Whilst I feel pumped all the time, and feel great, my weight and strength hasn't changed dramatically. I have put on about 2kg (4.4lbs)

    Should I increase calories to see some weight gain, or be patient. Can it take 5 or even 6 weeks to start seeing some good progress?

    It's questionable whether or not you should have seen more gains by now. I personally feel that were I in your shoes, I would have already gained much more than four and a half pounds. Are you taking an aromataze inhibitor? If so you could be taking too much, please expound. The main thing here though is your diet. Yes, it does sound like you need to increase your diet quite a bit. Please tell me what your daily food consumption consists of.

    Don't worry and give it some time. Quite a bit of the sus250 are long estered Test. That will kick in at about week4.

    Brian, no ai at this point.

    My food is as followed, it ranges from 2500 to 3500 cals. I find if I eat more than that I accumulate fat around the guts, and I also cycle my carbs for this reason....

    Meal one 2 full eggs plus 3/4 cup egg whites and veg
    Meal two 200k to 300 grams of chicken or turkey
    Post workout is when protein isolate, banana
    Meal three(1st post workout meal) 200g white fish and veg
    Meal four 200g to 300 grams of chicken or turkey
    Meal five 200k to 300 grams of chicken or turkey
    Meal six 2 full eggs plus 3/4 cup egg whites and veg plus 8 Brazil nuts

    I then cycle in carbs every 4 or 5 days in the form of 1 cup oats or Quinoa which also boosts calories on those days. I'll do this for 24 to 48 hrs or until I get spillage (smooth out) .

    Im currently in pct from a sust 250 cycle. I had the same question around week 4. I was stuck at 190 so i posted on the forum and got the response to up calories, so i did. About an extra 1000 per day and in no time jumped up to 210.

    I think that's a very good diet for gaining. Healthy, clean and a lot of protein, and similar to my own. Check out my daily intake here...

    Nice work man. It's a wonderful feeling when you tweak your diet and see the results you want.

    Funny, I have made a few tweaks to my carb cycling and I added a 7th meal in my day since posting this thread (a simple protein and veg) and I have put on 2lbs. The adjustment in carb cycling has actually helped me get leaner too.

    Newbies take note, nutrition is very important. Small tweaks can make a big different. Don't underestimate it. This not only includes the amounts of food, but also the type of food and when you eat it. There's a lot to be learned. They say juice isn't magic, but food certainly is
