    Mammary gland removal - SURGERY

Would removing the mammary gland give you a green light to run steroids without having to think about AI's?

Or would it just be extremely hard to get gyno running some small AI doses while running a cycle?

Anyone here done a surgery like that?
I've read that most doctors only remove 80-90% and still leave some tissue but some people request (people on steroid forums) removing all of it and they have reported non-existant gyno signs while running a cycle.

    Thanks in advance.

No surgeon will remove the entire gland. Ive had 2 surgeries and have been researching it for many years- I have yet to find one case where the doctor removed 100% of the gland.

I saw several posts on e.fitness. So these guys are bullshitting?

But say you did have the surgery, would it be hard to get gyno if you ran a adequate dose of AI?

It will be more difficult because there is less tissue and receptors for estrogen post surgery. Can you please elaborate on your specific case.

Ok, thanks for the info. Elaborate on my spesific case? I'm not from the US but if you're asking if I've had any type of surgery that would be a no.

I thought they couldn't remove the whole gland because it would cause the nipple/pec to be concave? I could be wrong..
There was a discussion on this some time back on here.

It can also cause atypical healing, where the nipple heals to the chest wall.

Gyno or not, there are still many benefits to keeping estrogen levels under control on-cycle. And considering how inexpensive and relatively safe AI's are, I see no reason to avoid them all-together.

Actually there was a doctor who claimed he would remove the entire gland and replace it with a small ball of silicone (or saline) in the pocket behind the nipple and stitch it in... I think the guy was in NY...

Yes I heard of this solution. Ive also heard of surgeons using tissue graphs from cadavers to similar ends.
