First cycle?
Okay before I get started I would like to say that I have read and read. There are two opinions in this matter, all of which are scattered. Any questions I ask I will be taking notes on. So if I'm asking an already question forgive me. The sole purpose is to have the info I need right where I know it is.
With that said........ First cycle. Some say test only and others say test with deca . I've even seen deca alone. What is the most popular opinion and or fact in the matter. And if you would, why?
I am 30 years old, 220 lbs, about 17% bf with an aggressive workout who loves to eat.
Again test or test stacked. Any why?

Both of those make perfect sense. Thank you. To answer your question. I have been off and on for most of my adult life. But steady for a little over 2. And AGRESSIVE for almost a year. As for the bf comment that was my very next question on this board. I've read the advise to lower body fat first. Can I ask in this thread why that is.

If you want to cut, then ur bf probably won't be a problem, but if you want to gain, you will almost certainly add some BF depending on how clean your diet is! And this is why ppl like to have bf lower to start with

Okay can I keep this thread going and ask questions that have nothing to do with my original question or should I rethread. Ill wait to ask my next quetion until someone responds. But I will ask this since the subject has already been risen. My intentions are to deal in bulking cycles only. I will lower my body fat while researching the above concerns. however the next question I have is after I do a bulk cycle is it necessary (after pct and rest) to then go on a cut. Or i guess plainly put can I only do bulk. Will the gains I get be good enough and solid enough without the cut. The reason I ask is because I have no intention of ever having 16 pack abs and a 21 inch waist. A little over exagerated yes but you get the drift. I like being bulky. Stalky or thick. I am not fat by any means. I guess the best way I can describe it is, I wanna be built like a brick house. I dont need or want the paper thin skin.. I realize with the right diet on test alone i can either bulk or cut but in the future is it cool to only bulk.
My post kinda drag on huh. My bad. hahaha. Just have a WHOLE bunch of thoughts running through my head at the same time.

Firstly it's your thread so you can ask any question you want.
To asnwer that question about your cutting after a bulking cycle I would suggest this is not a good idea to do straight away as it will compromise new gains. You should wait a while to cut after coming off cycle. Another point is that if you do a lean bulking cycle with good diet and cardio. There will be no need to cut after your cycle whatsoever because you should still be as lean as when you started just have an extra amount of muscle mass. So your only goal would be to maintain your new bodyweight. Hope that all makes sense.
