week 5 test e dont feel much???
Hey bros as many of you know i am doing my first cycle of test e only, im currently on my 5th week pinned yesterday, but i honestly dont see much results, i do feel strength going way up, i look leaner, and more cut, but i am not seeing to much of the pumps as i though i would see, my muscles dont look as full, and i dont see any oily skin or acne, i know sides are person to person but im just wondering maybe my gear is way underdosed or is bunked, and the results i am seeing are just my diet and hardcore workouts. My diet is in check, my work out splits are great, and my rest could be better but i think i should see better results by week 5. I started the cycle at 182lbs, im now 191lbs leaner. Im eating 3000-3200 cals, 1.5-2 g protein of bw, low carbs as i am carb sensative, and plenty of healthy fats. My gear is ugl and it was a lab well liked but there rep has been damaged by claims of underdosing...most of you know who it is. Any way just looking for some answers, or suggestions.

Like i said i am carb sensative, i eat around 300g carbs a day, which should be ok, as long as they are timed when i consume them, i shouldnt need anymore than this.

If you have gained nine pounds AND you are more lean, then that means you have gained more than nine pounds of muscle...and you are complaining why?
Everyone wonders if maybe their gear is underdosed. Don't worry about it, just stick with your plan and keep doing what your are doing. Since it has a fourish week buildup, you are just at the beginning and seem to be doing well.

I am doin a lean bulk cycle which is why i dont want to many carbs just enought at the right times to build lean muscle

Your kinda contradicting yourself. From the sounds of it, you're making gains,right? More will come.

My first was the same way. Gains came slowly as they should but never got some huge pump from a wk out etc. But in the.end I made gains and was very happy with overall results

How much test are you using,you should have some real side effects after being on that long,i get real oily skin after just 3 weeks and other test related sides too. which will be very obvious.If i dont dont eat enough carbs my muscle get flat and i dont dont much of a pump,i even feel my muscles fill out after i eat carbs.On your next cycle you will feel and see more after 3 weeks compared to your first cycle.Sounds like you made some pretty good gains,i think you are expecting too much,especially since you are doing test only. Adding another compound will help next time you do a cycle.something more anabolic than test will be a good addition.I always feel my cycle by the third week,but of course i use test plus more compounds.While test only is good for your first cycle for many reasons adding more compounds will give better results.I have done cycles adding higher doses of test but the only thing that did was increase my side effects without much more benifit,a good balance of test and anabolic compounds have been more effective with less undesireable side effects.My doses of test are 500 to 600mg a week at the most,more hasnt been worth the side effects for me,i do better by adding more anabolics like EQ,tren ,or deca .I dont do orals now so i dont know whats good but i have used anavar and winstrol before with good results,but i had hepatitus when i was in my 20's so i stay clear of orals for that reason.

It takes 5 wks for the Test E to be running at peak but you also need to increase the calories as your size increases otherwise you wont gain anymore tissue or size. Food is important and if your not receiving the gains you want its because your diet isn't sufficient to build the new tissue. Restrict calories restrict gains.

When ever i do a cycle to gain size i always lose a little weight before i start the cycle then eat to gain a pound or 2 a week,it is important to eat good to get optimal results if yoy want to put on more size.If you want to cut or get leaner it is harder to gain as much muscle as it is to gain a little weight.I always do one or the other which reqiures a different approach for each.
