    My Next Cycle for first competion

    What my cycle would look like.
    Xelnaga and gixxer help me put a cycle together, so I got to give them credit
    I'm going to run test prop and test enth
    I like them cause they are quick acting, I think Im the biggest fan of suspension
    It hurts like hell, but you go straight into the quad and back thigh and walk it off

    Weeks 1-2 Test Prop 75mg EOD Test enth 250mg week HCG 250iu 3XWeek HGH 5iu
    Weeks 2-4 Test Prop 100mg EOD Test Enth 250m, HCG 250iu 3XWeek, Gh 5iu
    Weeks 4-6 Test Prop 100mg EOD Test Enth 250mg , HCG 250iu 3XWeek HGH 5iu
    Weeks 6-8 Test Prop 100mg EOD Test Enth 250mg, HCG 250iu 3XWeek HGH 5iu and for the next 6 months
    Liqidex .25-1mg ED OCT
    PCT Clomid and Nova


    Stats 192, 12%, 5'10, 29, Training 14 years,
    Really training hard last 2 years
    Goal 215, 8%

    Keep the hair, 15% minoxidile and 5% spiro and advodart

    Compete next Dec11

    looks good obviously..haha good luck thats a big goal for a test only cycle..

    No just get there, by September, then cut again.
    I might throw in some var depending on pocketbook.
    Gear, I respond quickly and over and above what most people respond to
    215 will not be a problem.
    I went from 170 to 200, with first cycle years ago, still 192

    hgh takes awhile to see any gains..took me about 4 months, but i could be different then others...

    Ive been on GH for 6 months already
    Also the light hvy weight cutt off is 199
    So 215 is a good goal pre cut.
    I should show up 199 and be hard and lean

    Well since I just got out of the hospital I am going to take 2 weeks off till I lvl out mentally and sleep wise
    My IGF lvls are off the chart so
    I will be fine, but got lean and my pump are incredible. But I was at 4.5iu ED with the serostim.
    What do you mean Ill be lighter than that, for the cycle or competition?

    Also going to eat so much you guys have no idea, I think I can hit that weight. 5500 cal diet at least
    I get free food at a health food shop and the owner buys me food for the house.

    Suspension can feel like injecting sandy water into your muscle, however the pain does not linger.

    I meant at competition..... if you come in shredded i'm betting you'll be lighter than 199

    Mind posting you're IGF-1 levels? Just would like to compare as a friend currently is on serostim or so he says.....

    IGF-1 is 590points. Its 100 points over normal range for my age, I guess thats good.

    215 pre cut? What bf% will you be pre cut at 215? Even if 10% you'll step on stage prob about 180ish.

    Hence why I think I can get to a solid 215 and bridge it with extra caloric intake, PCT and GH after cycle
    Too bad its going to take me 2-3 more cycles to get to 215-230 and then get down to 199 on stage

    I might switch this around and go for pure mass, adrol, test cyp, deca and sust
    Then do the cycle i posted and add winny instead of var, and do a third 2 week cycle of clen

    Why are you ramping the prop?

    And actually suspension, too. start the suspension at 50mg pre wo if you want to get the feel for it, I personally wouldn't use less than that.

    Noted will adjust, with the responses I am going to change the cycle to make sure I get to 215 run a mass cycle then run this for pre cutting cycle. Sust, test, deca adrol

    As far as suspension Id find the sweet spot pre wo and just stick with that.
    Interesting thing about suspension - i used it years ago and hated it - bad sides (bloat,acne,BP,etc). I had pretty much sworn it off. Howwever at that time there were no AI's being used - i was using nolva and proviron on cycle. I had recently been considering using it only on workout days pre work out , thinking it may be better now that aromasin is on cycle ai of choice. Then lately guys like D7M have been posting good things about this. Has the wheels turning.

    Im ramping up he prop cause if I do EOD thats only about 300mg a week of prop....not very much
    As far as suspension, We will see what my sides are, its in and out in 1-2 days so, if I have too many sides, i just stop
    Like you said there where no AI when you ran it, and prov is not enough to stop the sides of suspension
    As far as reaching 215, you guys are right, its a pipe dream with this cycle, and I will have to re configure.
    Plus you guys underestimate my bodys ability to drop bf when on correct diet...and this is without gear. I maintain 10-12% eating whatever I want and no cardio
    So I am not running this cycle after all. This will be a good second cycle out of 3 for competion.
    1. Bulk Cycle, 2. Cut cycle if I add the anavar or will run winnny depot, plus the clen and gh 3.then really cut..tren , gh, clen test, and var and winny depot again
