I remember my first pin. at the doc's office. nurse to show me. pissed me off since she had me do it with Bacteriostatic water instead of test.. hit the quad, a tad nervous. pushed it in slow, released slow. done. I'd say not sure what all the fuss is about, but i've seen guys pass out getting shots before in the army, so go figure.

alright guys, update. Today i was injected in the delt few questions.
1 We aspirated and no blood was seen
after the injection i started coughing a fair bit, but then again i have had a cough for a few weeks now! Gave it to some of my mates hahaha
and after we pulled out the syringe we noticed a little tiny bit of blood. Normal???? I think its from piercing the skin? Opinions. But i think all is well .
Delt wasnt as pleasent as i thought tho

no log atm. Will do one soon so i can get some feedback on diet and stuff. Roughly on 3900 calories or so. Feeling like i could do more tho. Wouldnt mind adding in a steak and some veg or something

Delt's are my least favorite Leather

Quads are, hands down, the easiest and least painful for me.

Next is ball sac, then probably glutes.

Just make sure you don't go in through the front, and out through the back on the testis... You end up shooting oil in your pants... Try explaining that to the gf... Needless to say, it's a horrible outcome all around...

On a lighter note, welcome to the dark side... Just remember that a proper PCT and wait period between cycles is way more important than the actual cycle itself.

lol@ nutsack. Im finiding im getting hungrier. I dunno if its coz of the sus or whatever. I just added an extra meal in, 250grams of brown rice and 2 tins of tuna. Didnt add up the macros or stuff on it lol. I was at work and was hungry. Think its time to increase the cals. How many calories do u guys bulk on??? And do you belive you need LOTS of food to put on muscle?

Depends on ur TDEE mate! Work it out and go roughly 1000cals over haha
