HCG Dosage Question

I'm doing a lot of research about steroids before I do my first cycle and the only thing I am not certain about is HCG . Everyone on here says different dosages and different times to use it on cycle. I've heard injecting twice a week, every 3 days, every 4 days, once a week. I've heard dosages ranging from 250iu to 1000iu. I've heard starting it right when you start your cycle, starting it the 3rd week, and even starting it at towards the end of your cycle.

So I'm curious on how you should dose it and when to start/stop it for someone like myself on a basic Test E cycle.

Age: 23 (Won't be starting this cycle for another year or two)
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 170
Bodyfat: 7-8%
