I'm New to this game and hopefully I can get some help. I'm 30 years old and have been working out since I was a teenager. The last year I have been working out a little harder than I normally have. I'm 5'11" 170. Im looking to bulk up to around 180. I do a lot of research on this website, however I can quite overwhelming. If anyone has any suggestions on what I can run for my 1st time, it would be much appreciated.
