Well, when it comes to steroids , (which I assume you're talking about) it can range anywhere from 75 to 400 depending on the compound & the manufacturer.

i've went over this with you before. Its not a conversion.
Think of it like gas. You have a gallon of it or 1ml. You are asking us what octane is it. You have to read the vial it will say the mg's per ml

Impossible to answer but if you look on the vial it should state what mg per ml is, if it doesnt dont use it.

well his range is a bit off =) u can have 50mg winny as well as 500mg test. You can even get test to hold more than that, but would be painful.

Thats just the norm. Probably everyone following the leader. But i know a bunch of UG labs that used to do 500mg+ for those who are doing 2g of test a week or more.

Higher concentrations may not hold. Often a higher concentration leads to an increase in pain

That pic was from last years precontest diet, but yes 2 shows coming up 8 1/2 and 9 1/2 weeks out at the moment. I will aim to be 4 lbs heavier and a smidge tighter.
