so many choice for newbie
There are so many choices and I am having a hard time figuring it all out...Looking for a few choics that will enhance defining and muscle growth along with diet and high intensity training...any suggestions?

5'9 140lbs due to take measurements in one week..dropped 2 inches of waist in two week,,from 34 to 32..chest went from 34-25...i have to look at measurements from the 14th...began training may 2011 but trainer sucked so changed trainers in nov 2011 and and seen get results...unsure of bf%...i am seeing defination but i want more and have good diet. sorry I am new to thiese forums and think i posted the same question in the wrong forum i apologize learned the forum.....

start by reading the educational threads and stickies in each section
how old are you?
at 5'9 and 140 there is no need for steroids you have alot of room to grow naturallyIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

The OP, is female... hence the weight... I know she didn't mention this on this post, but did in another.
OP, I know you mentioned in your other post about your diet and havin a PT... I would suggest heading to the diet section and posting up your diet... You always want to have a few extra opinions on that... that may or may not be the issue, but a great place to start. There are a lot of knowledgable men and women in the diet section that will be happy to help.

var is pretty popular for your goals. besides a good diet. Look into var and also head over to the diet section just to make sure your diet is gtg....many ppl are shocked including myself the first time they head over there and think they knew a good diet to cut or bulk.

Thanks I am 43...i am trying to win the 12 week body transmation and then want to get into fitness competing...i see alot of defination in my arms....and see legs shaping up...my diet is done by my trainer and i am not sure how to list my diet i eat chicken,fish,yogourt,fruit,veggies supplements (whey,isopure and casien).....and lots of water
